The conception of Blue’s Kitchen by Chef and Restaurateur Kanokwan Loima, a Thai national, supported by multi-faceted business tycoon Deepak Jindal, began in 2016. The love for food and strong belief in “The eyes appreciate food first, when we see it, then the nose consumes the aroma from the flavours and lastly the taste buds once we devour the dish”, led them to Blue’s Kitchen by Loima.
