Berchtesgadener Esszimmer is located in one of the most beautiful areas in Germany, the Berchtesgadener Land. Guests have their dining experience in a historical house of the 16th century. The beautiful, unique and cozy atmosphere, combined with the cordial service of Roxana, makes guests feel like they are dining with friends and invites to linger longer and enjoy.
The kitchen only uses products of the highest quality standards and can be described as an innovative market cuisine with predominantly organic food from the region around the Berchtesgadener - and Salzburger areas.
However, the chef is strongly influenced by French, German, Austrian and Peruvian dishes and reinvents these classics from time to time.
