The products used in the preparation of the dishes are authentic, regional and fresh. Fish from the coast, herbs and vegetables from the gardens and the special seasoning: passion. The kitchen works by impulse and by instinct, by inspiration. There is no fixed menu. But they always surprise. The restaurant offers the Season’s menu, which is always based on seasonal products from the harvests of our gardens and local producers. If there is production that exceeds the need for the restaurant’s operation, the idea is to have a Sunday market, where guests and passersby can buy their box of vegetables.
