VISION 2025 People Prayer Provision

OUR GOALS FOR

2025 Our mission at World Outreach is: ‘to evangelise and disciple unreached people groups, equipping them to disciple their own and other peoples.’

Vision 2025 is a five-year, strategic plan to engage more unreached people groups than ever before. It is a clear picture of where we want to be by the end of 2025.

Here are our goals for the end of 2025: Unreached People Groups (UPGs) By the end of 2025, we want to increase the number of UPGs we are engaged with from (currently) 140+ to 300.

Missionaries (Field Workers) To reach the audacious goal of engaging with 300 UPGs, we’ve set a goal to double the number of our field workers (missionaries) from (currently) 250 to 500.

Prayer All of this will be impossible without a prayer covering, so we’ve set a goal to increase our prayer base from (currently) 500 to 10,000 people.

Finance To accomplish these goals, we’ll need a lot more income, so we’ve set a goal to increase our annual income by (USD) $1,000,000.

We can’t do it alone. We need your help. We’re wholeheartedly inviting you to partner with us. To fulfil this vision, we need a massive injection of People, Prayer and Provision. This booklet is designed to show how you can partner with us in this great venture.

2021 TO FURTHER EXPAND OUR MISSION, WHILST STRENGTHENING OUR CURRENT MINISTRIES, WE WILL BE SOWING INTO 3 MAIN AREAS IN 2021.

REGIONAL VISION TEAMS Regional Vision Teams (RVT) are strategic gatherings for key leaders in each region to share what God is doing in their fields, to hear the wider, emerging picture of what God is doing elsewhere and, most importantly, how to respond moving forward. RVT led to the development of 3 ministries to the unreached Burmese people in Bangkok. And in Indonesia, the collaboration of the World Outreach ministries led to plans for a regional training centre in Bali to send workers to reach the 200 unreached people groups in that region.

MEMBER CARE For the longevity of the individuals, couples and families serving on the field, it is imperative that they are supported in every way possible. To do so, World Outreach provides a Member Care department, which is a team of dedicated and experienced people who provide pastoral care, along with emotional and spiritual support,

PASTORAL CARE OF MISSIONARIES & REGIONAL RETREATS

to the field workers (missionaries) throughout their term of service.

While our Member Care team raise their own support, World Outreach covers their expenses, such as resources, travel and accommodation costs, to ensure our personnel are visited annually to receive high quality and consistent pastoral care.

In addition, we cover the costs of retreats in every region so the field workers can receive ministry, enjoy some recreation, develop relationship with other field workers in their region, and be resourced with the tools and strategies they need to sustain wellbeing and fruitfulness.

CHURCH PLANTING MOVEMENT A Church Planting Movement (CPM) is an intentional, rapid, and multipliable movement of indigenous churches planting churches within a given people group or population segment. CPMs are one of the most effective ways to evangelise and disciple an unreached people group.

World Outreach provides a variety of trainings to advance CPM work amongst unreached people groups, including a 3-day CPM awareness training, 2-week intensive CPM training, Training for Trainers courses and Leaders of

FINANCIAL GOALS AND TARGETS TO MEET OVER THE 5 YEARS

From 2021 to 2025, we are needing to increase our annual revenue by USD $1 million. This will go directly towards strengthening current ministries, training, pastoral care of missionaries, and operations, as well as expanding into new territories, developing new training centres and recruiting more field workers.

TO ACHIEVE THIS INCREASE, OUR REVENUE NEEDS TO INCREASE BY APPROXIMATELY 75% EACH YEAR.

WHERE MOST NEEDED There are many needs within World Outreach, such as operational costs, urgent needs on the ground for field workers, and strategic initiatives. At times, it is helpful to receive donations that are provided to use at the discretion of the World Outreach leadership.
