On successful offer of employment we work with you to set up regular reviews and we will take care of the training and assessments with the apprentice for the duration of the apprenticeship.

There has never been a better time to employ an apprentice New government reforms are changing the shape of the apprenticeship system. All employers operating in the UK with an annual pay bill over £3 million are now required to contribute to an Apprenticeship Levy. For a small business hiring an apprentice is a faster and low cost way of bringing on board the skilled workers you need for growing your business. Our account manager will help you identify your skills gap and source candidates with real potential. In order to encourage you to employ an apprentice the Government will cover 90% of the training fees and you as the employer will be asked to make a contribution of only 10%.

“Many of those who have completed Level 2 and Level 3 Apprenticeships have now secured full time paid positions at South Downs Leisure.”

CHRIS BLADEN, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS SOUTH DOWNS LEISURE

of employers in England will not have to pay the Levy. For organisations with less than 50 employees the Government will pay 100% of the training cost for any apprentices hired that are 16-18 years old.
