Worthing College’s 2013 A Level and BTEC results saw record numbers of students passing. • The A Level pass rate was 97% and 41.9% of students achieved high grades at A*-B. • 59 students achieved 3 or 4 A grades or equivalent at A Level or Level 3 BTECs. • The pass rate for Applied A Level Double Award and Single Award was 100%. • The pass rate for BTEC Level 3 Diplomas was 98.5% with 82.4% high grades. • The pass rate for BTEC Level 3 Subsidiary Diplomas was 95.5% with 80% high grades. • The pass rate for BTEC Level 2 Diplomas was 96.2% with 81.1% high grades. Worthing College Principal, Peter Corrigan, said: “We are extremely proud of the fantastic achievements of our students. This is a just reward for all the hard work and effort of students and staff. These results reflect the quality of teaching and learning we offer. We wish our students every success in their future at University or in the world of work. We have now moved to our state of the art new college at The Warren and look forward to welcoming our students who will have the best student experience in outstanding facilities.”
