The Sheep and the Wolf By Yasmeen, age 7

One day there was a mother sheep, and she said to her little sheep, “I’m going to granny’s house, so do not let anyone in.” And then she left. Soon there was a knock on the door. It was a wolf, and the wolf said, “Let me in, little ones.” The little sheep opened the door, but when they saw it was a wolf they ran to hide. The wolf searched for them and tried to take all of them. But he missed one little sheep that was hiding in the clock.   When the mom came back, she called for her kids but only one came out. She asked the little sheep what had happened, and he told her the wolf had taken all of them. So the mom said, “I know where the wolf lives. We will switch out my little ones for rocks and save them.”
