Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness and obligations secured by a certain Deed of Trust on property currently owned by ROBERT L. CANTRELL, SR., and HELEN CANTRELL, and EDDIE ESTES and which Deed of Trust was executed by Robert L. Cantrell, Sr., and Eddie Estes, to Charles Patterson, Trustee for James W. Melton and wife, Carolyn Melton and is recorded in the Register’s Office of Madison County, Tennessee, in Trust Deed Book 1889, page 163. WHEREAS, the undersigned was appointed Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in Trust Deed Book 2001, page 1106, in said Register’s Office. Bond and others as recorded in Deeds of record in Deed Book 158 at pages 496 through 504, in the Register’s Office of Madison County, Tennessee; runs thence south with the west margin of said South Royal Street 100 feet to a stake at the northeast corner of the tract conveyed to R.A. Lancaster by F.W. Hamilton as recorded in Deed Book 164 at page 292 in said Register’s Office; said Lancaster tract now belonging to the State of Tennessee; thence west with the north line of said State of Tennessee lot 106 feet to a stake in the east margin of US Highway 45 (aka South Highland Avenue); thence in a northwesterly direction with the east margin of said Highway parallel with and 46 feet at right angles from the centerline of said Highway, a distance of 125 feet, more or less, to a stake at the southwest corner of the tract conveyed by Tennessee Liquified Gas Corporation to Virgil C. Lane Introduces Director of the First-Year Experience Lane College welcomes Mr. Kenneth S. Frierson as the new Director of the First-Year Experience. Frierson is a proud member of the Class of 2009, where he graduated summa cum laude receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in English (Religion Minor). He also was the college’s second recipient of the Mellon-Mays Undergraduate Fellowship, which allowed him to conduct research at Emory University during the summer of 2008, travel to the University of Cape Town in South Africa in early 2009, and intern in Atlanta, Georgia during the summer of 2009.

KEEP MY HOOD GOOD COMMUNITY CAMPAIGN - CONT’D FROM PAGE 2 This is a comprehensive program that trains, mobilizes and empowers youth to prevent the illegal use of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs and self destructive behaviors in themselves ad their peers. TTI prepares students to not only make positive changes, but to be proud advocates of those changes. Students will have the opportunity to grow and learn as individuals, while enhancing their leadership abilities. Because TTI is peer-led, teens are given a unique opportunity to have a “voice” in addressing issues important to them. Giving youth some ownership in this type of program is one of the key factors in the success of enforcing a substance free lifestyle. Held on the Tennessee Tech University Campus, June 21-26th, TTI 2015 hosted approximately 400 teen leaders, adult advisors, and TTI staff. These participants leave motivated not only to make healthy decisions in their own lives, but also committed to work so that others are making decisions as well.
