VIOLENT CRIMES UNIT -- DATE: July 7, 2015 SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITY: Sanders Bluff Rd - SIM DaM ASSAULT - Victim & her boyfriend were in an argument and she stated that the suspect hit her on the face. She stated he hit her several times the day before and then changed her story. Victim had been
drinking & started threatening to destroy their home. He told her he was going to leave & she stated to him she was going to hit herself & tell the police it was him. Victim became irate & walked towards him, cursing & making threats. She was determined to be the primary aggressor & taken to CJC. While in the police unit, she kept hitting her head against the window. Hwy 412 - HARASSMENT - Victim reported that she received phone calls from a subject who she believes she knows. He stated he was aware of where she lived & would burn her house down. Old Pinson Rd - HARASSMENT/CRIM TRESPASS - Victim & his girlfriend reported that the victim’s ex-girlfriend has been calling with threatening messages & phone calls. She has showed up wanting to fight the girlfriend & he had to physically restrain her. She also stated she would kill her. OP procedures were explained. Lawnwood - MISSING PERSON - Subject reported that his wife had not come home from work and that it was unusual even if she made stops on the way home. She does display some symptoms of early Alzheimer’s. Deputy did retrace her route & made contact with her vehicle & followed her to her residence. She stated that she was fme.

DATE: July 6, 2015 D St - SIM ASSAULT - Deputy reported that he is the caretaker for the property across the street from his residence. He witnessed 2 young girls in a pickup drive through the yard, did some donuts, tearing up the property. After he confronted them they left but shortly afterwards the girls’ father showed up on the porch, yelled at him while he was inside the door. Victim then stated when he was threatened, he sprayed him with Fox chemical agent in the face & suspect then left. Both parties were advised to have no further contact with each other. Anglin Lane - HARASSMENT - Victim reported that a subject texted her regarding a disturbance he thought she was having at her residence. She stated everything was [me but he continued to harass her by texting. Contact was made with him and deputy advised him not to contact her any longer.

PROPERTY CRIMES UNIT SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITY: -- DATE: July 7, 2015 Cotton Ridge Dr - TOP OF MV - Victim reported that when he woke up he found his 2003 Chevy Avalanche stolen that was parked on the street in front of his house. It was located by a deputy and released to him. Hwy 412 E - VANDALISM - Victim reported that he is taking care of his father’s house while he is in the hospital. He stated that his mailbox had been blown off the post by some sort of explosive. McLeary Rd - VANDALISM - A pastor of a church reported there was feces smeared on two doors with a star inside a circle on the top. Light bulbs were vandalized, a rain gutter was torn from the side of the building & a charcoal grill was turned over on its side. No suspects. A Neely & Hwy 70 W - ABANDONED VEH - Deputy observed an abandoned Chevy Tahoe parked in the roadway with no license plate. No contact could be made with the owner so it was towed.

DATE: July 6, 2015 Bear Creek Rd - VANDALISM UNDER $500 - Victim reported that unknown subject(s) destroyed his mailbox with fireworks. He has had several incidents like this over the past years.
