“I contacted the Windward Network for help with my resume. It was helpful to learn best practices and receive feedback from multiple sources. Through the Windward Network, I also was able to secure my first internship the summer after my freshman year of college. I’m grateful I have the connections and network as a resource.” — Liana Smale ’16 University of Michigan Student
INTERNSHIPS
T
hrough the Windward Network, students and alumni are able to access career guidance and support while leveraging connections within the entire Windward community to develop their professional skills. The Windward Network provides summer internship offerings for both current students—rising Juniors and Seniors—and college-age alumni. Participants have the opportunity to gain valuable insights into their industries of interest, develop skills, cultivate professional connections, and strengthen their resumes.
Each summer, both students and alumni participate in a number of enriching internship opportunities in a variety of fields, including engineering, graphic design, and broadcast journalism.
