BOOKING FORM Places are limited in the first instance to two per school - there will be a charge of £50 for the first delegate, but each delegate can bring a second teacher from their school FREE of charge. (Please note that you will be charged £50 for the second delegate if the place is not taken up on the day, or cancelled with us before midday on Thursday 16th June. You can substitute a different member of staff from your school during this last week if necessary).
