Based on the survey, 44.4% felt stressed on a weekly basis. Balancing studies, life and workload came up strongly. Based on the survey, 34.9% felt anxious rarely and 33.3% occasionally. In the survey, 82.5% said they felt they didn’t need help with stress or anxiety. There were also a lot of positive results in the survey. For example, 98.3% felt that our university has a good and open atmosphere. Most of the results of the survey were very alarming and we will take the feedback forward.

Vappu is approaching and I don’t know about you, but I’m having a #vappujännä. Warrantti and other student organizations together with VYY are organizing some great events for all the students. Let’s enjoy the spring, the company of friends and above all, VAPPU. Let’s try to forget our worries for a moment and let’s celebrate to honor this great day.

Let’s also remember to enjoy the summer. In my opinion, summer is the best time of the year. Personally, in summer I plan to enjoy the warmth, eat lots of ice cream and strawberries and rest. And don’t you forget to rest too. I hope to see you in autumn, well rested and full of new energy and enthusiasm!
