SANIDAD ES LO PRIMERO - Solicitar la ampliación de servicios y especialidades en los dos centros de Salud. - Solicitar el servicio de Rayos X en el municipio. - Ampliar el periodo de apertura del centro de salud del Arenal y dotarlo de más personal. - Incentivar la construcción de residencias de la tercera edad. - Asegurar el servicio sanitario de urgencias en toda la localidad. - Ampliar el servicio de asistencia de personal sanitario a domicilio. - Fomentar los hábitos saludables.

SERVICIOS SOCIALES
- Poner en marcha una guardería municipal en la zona del Puerto. - Acelerar el Pla Edificant para los colegios. -Junto con la Consellería implantar nuevos ciclos formativos y programas educativos en ambos institutos de Educación Secundaria, (básicos, medios y superiores). - Ampliaremos el horario de la biblioteca (temporada de exámenes y sábados). - Crear un programa de rendimiento académico becando a los alumnos con mejores expedientes. -`Coaching’ para padres en materia de educación. - Creación de becas y ayudas al transporte universitario y para el servicio de formación profesional con el resto de la comarca de la Marina Alta. - Impulsaremos la instalación de una sede universitaria en el municipio. - Apoyaremos la creación de la “ escoleta de música”. - Un niño/a un libro.
- Implantar los programas sociales de convivencia y de igualdad para recoger el procedimiento de prevención, detección e intervención ante la diversidad funcional, sexual, familiar, afectiva y emocional, con el fin de garantizar el bienestar de las personas tal y como son. - Implantar los programas sociales para la Inclusión social y laboral. - Fomentaremos el voluntariado social. - Gestionar las viviendas tuteladas para personas con diversidad funcional en discapacidad significativa e intelectual. - Construiremos las viviendas de protección pública y de alquiler social. - Potenciar el servicio social a personas con riesgo de exclusión. - Potenciar el servicio de urgencias para los mayores que viven solos. - Programas de formación en informática y comunicación facilitadores en los trámites administrativos del ciudadano/a.
JUVENTUD ES NUESTRO TESORO - Pondremos en marcha un centro de la Juventud, el Casal Jove. - Cursos y talleres, trámites administrativos, bancarios, educación sexual, política, cine, videojuegos, informática y comunicación, tradiciones, de salud y de drogodependencias. - Crearemos un Consejo de la Juventud con voz y presupuesto para que tomen decisiones. - Asumir el compromiso de suscribir el “Pacto por la Infancia” promovido por las ONG. - Banco de tiempo para fomentar el intercambio de actividades. - Parque de entretenimiento deportivo para jóvenes (Ejemplos: Urban Planet: Parque trampolín). - Parque de entretenimiento y de actividades para jóvenes al aire libre. - Skate park. - Reajustaremos el horario de apertura de las instalaciones deportivas municipio. - Reajustaremos el horario de apertura del Play Jove.
DEPORTE ES SALUD Y BIENESTAR - Pondremos en acción el Plan Local de instalaciones deportivas para renovar las existentes y construir nuevas como la piscina, pabellón, pista atletismo, campo de fútbol, pistas multideportivas, frontenis, rocódromo, etc… - Ampliaremos el suelo dotacional con el objetivo de consolidar la zona deportiva y crear una Ciudad Deportiva. - Reformaremos la zona deportiva de Jávea Park en el Arenal. - Unir los carriles bicis y crear ruta cicloturismo. - Promoveremos el deporte para la tercera edad y personas con diversidad funcional. - Programar actividades deportivas en temporada estival con monitores en las playas. - Promocionar la actividad deportiva náutica. - Reabrir la rampa del varadero del puerto actualmente cerrada.
CULTURA ES LO QUE SOMOS - Creación del Museo Sorolla y darle contenido al proyecto con obras, actuaciones, con rutas, y su promoción como arranque del casco histórico. - La creación de un Centro Musical para la Banda de Música y grupos musicales. - Oferta de Actividades Culturales en los 3 núcleos urbanos (Puerto, Arenal y Casco Histórico). - Proyectaremos el Auditorio como referente cultural y vincularemos también su oferta con la actividad turística y de congresos. - Potenciar las actividades culturales y educativas, con colaboraciones en concursos, exposiciones, cursos, congresos y demás eventos.
ASOCIACIONES SOMOS TODOS
FIESTA ES TRADICIÓN
- Crearemos la Sede para las Asociaciones. - Fomentar el asociacionismo, integrando activamente los colectivos locales (culturales, deportivos, jóvenes, mayores) y la actualización de los convenios, ayudas y servicios. - Implantar una agenda única de eventos.
- Promocionaremos nuestras fiestas tradicionales, así como facilitaremos y mejoraremos colaboraciones con las ya consolidadas. - Daremos autonomía y participación a las comisiones de fiestas. - Equilibraremos los presupuestos de las comisiones y asociaciones.
SEGURIDAD ES TRANQUILIDAD
EXTRANJEROS
- Ampliación de la plantilla policial. - Garantizar una mayor presencia nocturna en todo el municipio. - Mejorar la seguridad en los accesos de los centros escolares y deportivos. - Reactivar la policía de barrio. - Implantaremos un plan contraincendios. - Renovación y mejora de toda la señalización del municipio.
- Crearemos la concejalía del residente extranjero. - Potenciaremos la oficina al residente extranjero y la acercaremos a las urbanizaciones. - Se usará el inglés para toda la información municipal. - Fomento de la atención e integración de los extranjeros. - Observatorio del residente y del visitante extranjero.
TERRITORIO SERVICIOS - Mejoraremos y ampliaremos los servicios de limpieza en calles, parques, jardines, parcelas municipales, playas, cauce rio, barrancos y montes. - Aprovisionar de papeleras y adaptadas a los residuos caninos. - Fomentar y premiar el reciclaje. - Control y gestión del alumbrado público e instalaremos redes de iluminación sostenible en las urbanizaciones. Poner en funcionamiento todo el alumbrado público por fases en todas las calles del término municipal. - Desarrollaremos definitivamente el Plan director del Ciclo Integral del Agua y se acometerán por fases la creación de nuevas redes de alcantarillado en el municipio. - Limpieza y mantenimiento de los caminos rurales. - Pondremos en marcha un Plan de Movilidad Urbana y mejora del Transporte urbano Local, mejora horaria, más eficiente y ecológico y para todo el término municipal. Y la bonificación para los jóvenes. - Poner en marcha la conexión del transporte con el resto de la Comarca de la Marina Alta para facilitar desplazamientos de las personas y de estudiantes a los centros formativos. - Trabajaremos para la apertura de una oficina de Correos en la zona del Puerto.
PROTECCION DEL MEDIO AMBIENTE Y DE LOS ANIMALES INFRAESTRUCTURAS - Un niño/a un árbol. - Crearemos un plan de protección y regeneración del litoral; playas, acantilados, puerto, ecosistema y fauna marinos. - Pondremos en marcha el Plan Local de Sostenibilidad para una Xàbia más ecológica, eficiente y que potencie las energías renovables e incentive los transportes y viviendas eco. - Crearemos el Plan Biosaludable de infraestructura verde y paisajística, con vías y senderos que conecten y vertebren los tres principales núcleos urbanos; pueblo, puerto, arenal y playas. - Impulso de planes de autoprotección y prevención de incendios en colaboración con las distintas urbanizaciones. - Activar el Plan Municipal Animal; ampliar centro de protección animal, más control, compromiso y soporte desde la administración. -Colaboración con la policía local, patrulla especializada y preparada, veterinario de guardia, ampliar convenio, etc.
-La red de alcantarillado público. -Nuevo Paseo Ecológico y Sostenible del Montanyar, que conecte desde el puerto hasta el Arenal. -Conectar el Paseo Davis Ferrer, del Arenal con el canal de la Fontana y eliminar barreras arquitectónicas y contenedores y adecuar el emisario del Arenal. -Reordenación de las zonas de aparcamiento y suscripción de convenios con propietarios de solares desocupados para facilitar el estacionamiento en la época estival. -Eliminar barreras arquitectónicas de las zonas urbanas y reforzar todas las barandas. -Reforzar el camino del Rio. -Trabajaremos en la mejora y facilidad de la entrada y salida de la carretera de Gata y por un nuevo acceso a la autopista. -Mejor acceso al municipio, desdoblamiento de la carretera de Gata hasta la zona del Ramblars y su bifurcación con una dirección al Camí Cabanes, convirtiéndose en la Ronda Cabanes y con otra dirección a la entrada de Xàbia. -Mejora de la red viaria, plan de asfaltado, eliminar el sonido de la rodadura de las Rondas y adecuación de badenes por otros menos agresivos. -Crearemos y reformaremos carriles bici adecuados y seguros conectando con todo el municipio, crear ruta cicloturismo. -Gestionar la creación del Centro de Interpretación y Educación Ambiental y Marina del Parque Natural del Montgó.
OBRAS NUEVAS - Revitalizar el Central Cinema, crear un espacio multicultural para las asociaciones, jóvenes, exposiciones, ferias, etc… - Reformar Casa Candelaria como Museo Sorolla. - Parking en el puerto. - Modernizar y adecentar Zona Arenal (alumbrado, zonas verdes, residuos sólidos).
URBANISMO - Estudiaremos y adaptaremos el Plan General de ordenación urbana (PGOU) a las circunstancias sociales y económicas actuales del municipio, poniendo siempre la mirada en el futuro. -Queremos un Plan que fomente, asuma y facilite la implantación en nuestro territorio de los valores del patrimonio del municipio, ya sean históricos, arquitectónicos, paisajísticos o inmateriales, como elementos dinamizadores. Más espacio para los usos asistenciales, sanitarios, educativos, deportivos, recreativos, de ocio, culturales, hoteleros, comerciales, en definitiva, que potencie la implantación de inversiones creadoras de empleo, siempre con respeto de las áreas medio ambientales significativas del municipio, las cuales hay que preservar, poniéndolas en valor. - Facilitar la gestión administrativa del Plan General.
DESARROLLO ECONÓMICO
TURISMO - Promocionar el Turismo Gastronómico y Cultural de Sorollla. - Potenciar eventos deportivos y culturales con retorno económico para el sector. - Crearemos un plan local de mejoras de parking y acceso a las calas y playas. - Fomentaremos nuevas plazas hoteleras de calidad. - Cuidaremos el alquiler turístico de tranquilidad.
FOMENTO Y EMPLEO
AGRICULTURA Y PESCA
- Construcción definitiva del Polígono Industrial y Empresarial ecológico y sostenible en “Catarroges”. - Brecha digital: facilitar la Conexión a Internet en todo el término y acceso a nuevas tecnologías. - Potenciar el Sector Gastronómico de Xàbia para fomentarlo. - Fomentaremos las plazas hoteleras y el alquiler turístico con el fin de atraer inversores. - Fomentaremos la creación de comercios en los núcleos urbanos y revitalizaremos el centro histórico. - Potenciar y asesoramiento desde la agencia de desarrollo local y Creama. - Agilizar la gestión administrativa entre la oferta laboral y la demanda laboral. - Fomentaremos los Talleres de empleo y activaremos bolsas de empleo. -Promover el contacto entre empresas locales, jóvenes, universidades y otros centros formativos (FP). - Reactivar y poner en valor el Mercado Municipal. - Poner en marcha el Mercadillo Agrícola y Artesanal de agricultores, artesanos y asociaciones. -Habilitar salas de trabajo en grupo (gratuitas para jóvenes), que dispongan de proyectores e internet de alta velocidad.
- Apoyo para reactivar los sectores tradicionales de la agricultura y pesca del municipio y a sus protagonistas: agricultores y pescadores. - Suprimir el Ibi a quienes recuperen cultivos, o recuperen parcelas agrícolas con nuevas plantaciones. - Promocionar y ayudar a la restauración de muros de piedra seca. - Reactivaremos el consejo Agrícola municipal con partida presupuestaria. - Crearemos la figura del asesor agrícola para fomentar nuevas plantaciones de cultivos, y las plantaciones de cultivos ecológicos. - Trabajar para conseguir la reordenación del puerto pesquero y deportivo. - Fomentar el producto local agrícola y pesquero.

- Mejoraremos la gestión y productividad de la administración. - Trabajaremos por una gestión óptima de los recursos públicos y racionalización de los gastos municipales. -Realizaremos un estudio de las necesidades del personal municipal y reordenar y distribuir de manera más eficiente el funcionamiento. Equiparar salarios y productividades. Más formación y consolidar plazas.
- Mejoraremos la política de gestión y obtención de inversiones y subvenciones de otras administraciones. - Bajaremos impuestos y tasas municipales. - Recuperaremos la supresión de los impuestos de apertura para nuevos negocios y seguiremos con la reducción de 50% en la tasa de la basura para jubilados y familias numerosas. -Eliminación impuesto vehículos históricos.

PEOPLE
HEALTH IS OUR NUMBER ONE CONCERN -Request the expansion of services and specialties in the two health centres. -Request an X-ray service in the town -Expand the opening hours of the Arenal health centre and provide it with more personnel. -Encourage the construction of residencial homes for the elderly. -Ensure the emergency health service is available throughout the town. -Expand the number of personnel working in the home health service -Promote healthy habits.

SOCIAL SERVICES
-Open a state nursery school in the Port area. -Accelerate the ‘Pla Edificant’ for schools. -Together with the Regional government, implement new training cycles and educational programmes in both secondary education institutes, (basic, medium and advanced) -We will extend the library hours during the exam season and on Saturdays. -Create a programme of academic excellence by giving grants to the students who have the best results. -`Coaching’ for parents with respect to education material. -Creation of scholarships and grants towards university transport and for a professional training service alongside the rest of the Marina Alta district. -We will promote the installation of a university branch in the town. -We will support the creation of “music scholars”. -A child / a book.
- Implement social programmes of coexistence and equality to rationalise a procedure for the prevention, detection and intervention in the face of functional, sexual, family, mental and emotional diversity, in order to guarantee the well-being of people whomsoever they are. - Implement social programmes for inclusion into society and the world of work. - We will promote social volunteering. - Manage sheltered housing for people with functional diversity with regard to significant and/or intellectual disability. - We will build social housing and offer social renting. - Provide social service to people at risk of exclusion. - Strengthen the emergency service for the elderly living alone. - Training programmes in computer science, and facilitators to help citizens with administrative procedures.
OUR YOUNG PEOPLE ARE OUR TREASURE TROVE - We will launch a youth centre, the Casal Jove. - Courses and workshops, administrative procedures, banking, sex education, politics, cinema, videogames, computer and communication, traditions, health and drug addiction awareness. - We will create a Youth Council with both a voice and a budget so that young people can make decisions. - Make the commitment to sign the “Pact for Children” promoted by NGOs. - A Time Bank to encourage strong interaction. - A Sports park geared to young people (Example: Urban Planet: A Trampoline Park) - An outdoor park for leisure and activities for young people. - A skate park - We will increase the opening hours of the municipal sports facilities. - We will increase the opening hours of Play Jove.
SPORTS MEANS HEALTH AND WELL-BEING - We will put into action the Local Plan for sports to renovate existing facilities and build new ones such as the swimming pool, a pavilion, an athletics track, a soccer field, multisport courts, raquetball, a climbing wall, etc. - We will expand the allocated land with the aim of increasing the area for sports and creating a Sports City. - We will reform the sports area in Jávea Park in the Arenal. - Connect the bike lanes and create a route fro cyclo-tourism - We will promote sport for the elderly and for people with functional diversity. - Schedule sports activities in the summer season with instructors on the beaches. - Promote nautical sports activities. - Reopen the port ramp that is currently closed.
WE ARE CULTURE - Creation of the Sorolla Museum and adding substance to the project with works of art, performances and tours, and with its promotion as a boost to the historic centre. - The creation of a Musical Centre for the Community Band and other musical groups. - Offering of Cultural Activities in the 3 urban centres (the port, the Arenal and the Historical town). - We will promote the Auditorium as a cultural reference and we will also link what it has to offer with tourism and conferences. - Strengthen cultural and educational activities, with collaborations in competitions, exhibitions, courses, conferences and other events.

THE FIESTA IS OUR TRADITION
- We will create Headquarters for all the Associations. - Develop the associations, actively integrating local groups (cultural, sports, youth and seniors) and update all agreements, grants and services. - Implement a unique agenda of events.
- We will promote our traditional festivals, as well as facilitate and improve the collaboration with those already consolidated. - We will give autonomy and participation to the fiestas’ committees. - We will balance the budgets of the committees and associations.

- Expansion of the police force. - Guarantee a greater night-time presence throughout the town. - Improve security in entrances to schools and sports centres. - Reactivate the neighborhood police. - We will implement the fire prevention plan that Xàbia deserves. - Renovation and improvement of all the town’s road signs.
- We will create a council dedicated to our foreign residents. - We will promote the office for foreign residents and we will bring it to the attention of the urbanisations. - English will be used in all town hall information. - Development of the support for and integration of foreigners. - Monitoring of the overseas residents and visitors.
LAND SERVICES - We will improve and expand the cleaning services in our streets, parks, gardens, town hall plots, beaches, river bed, gorges and mountains. - Provide of litter bins adapted for canine waste. - Promote and reward recycling. - Control and management of public lighting and install sustainable lighting networks in urbanisations. By phases ensuring that all public lighting is operational in all the streets of the whole municipal area. - We will definitively develop a Master Plan for the Integral Water Cycle and will undertake, in phases, the creation of new sewerage networks in the municipality. - Clean and maintain of rural roads. - We will implement an Urban Mobility Plan and improve Local Urban Transport, with a better timetable, and make transport more efficient and ecological and cover the entire municipal area. And give allowances for young people. - Start up a transport connection with the rest of the Marina Alta Region to facilitate the movement of people and students to training centres. - We will work to open a post office in the Port area.
PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND ANIMALS - A child / a tree. - We will create a plan for coastal protection and regeneration; beaches, cliffs, the harbour, ecosystem and marine fauna. - We will implement the Local Sustainability Plan for a more ecological, efficient Xàbia that encourages renewable energies and eco transport and eco homes. - We will create the Biosaludable Plan for a green and landscaped infrastructure, with interconnecting roads and paths and provide a backbone for the three main urban centres; town, port, the Arenal and beaches. - Promotion of self-protection and fire prevention plans in collaboration with the different urbanisations. - Activate the Municipal Animal Plan; expand animal protection centres, more control, commitment and support from the town hall administration. Collaboration with the local police, specialized and trained patrols, veterinarian on duty, extend agreements, etc.
INFRASTRUCTURES - The public sewerage network. - New Ecological and Sustainable Walk along the Montanyar, which will connect the port to the Arenal. - Connect the Arenal’s Paseo Davis Ferrer with the Fontana canal and eliminate any architectural barriers and containers and make good the Arenal pipeline. - Reorganisation of parking areas and the making of agrrangements with owners of unoccupied lots to facilitate parking during the summer season. - Eliminate architectural barriers in urban areas and reinforce all guardrails. - Reinforce the River banks. - We will work on improving and facilitating the entry and exit to and from the Gata road and on building a new access to the main road. - Better access to the municipality, splitting off the Gata road to the Ramblars area and linking it to Camí Cabanes, so it becomes the Ronda Cabanes and adds another entry point to Xàbia. - Improvement of the road network, a plan of resurfacing, elimination of road traffic rumble and the replacement of current speed bumps with gentler options. - We will create and reform appropriate, safe bike lanes connecting the entire municipality, and create a cyclo-touring route. - Manage the creation of the Interpretation Centre and the environmental and marine education of the Montgó Natural Park.

TOWN PLANNING
- Revitalise the Central Cinema, create a multicultural space for associations, youth, exhibitions, fairs, etc ... - Reform the Casa Candelaria into the Sorolla Museum. - Parking in the port. - Modernise, clean up the Arenal area, lighting, green areas, solid waste.
- We will study and adapt the General Urban Management Plan (PGOU) with regard to the current social and economic circumstances of the town, always with an eye to the future. -We want a Plan that encourages, takes on and facilitates the implementation of the ethos and values of the town as dynamic elements, whether they be historical, architectural, scenic or intangible. -More space for use in care facilities, healthcare, education, sports, recreation, leisure, culture, hospitality and business, in short, to encourage employment-creating investments, always respecting the significant environmental areas of the town, which must be preserved, in awareness of their intrinsic value. -Facilitate the administrative management of the General Plan.

CITIZEN PARTICIPATION
- We will improve the management and productivity of the administration. - We will work for the optimal management of public resources and the rationalisation of municipal expenses. - We will carry out a study on the needs of town hall personnel and reorder and distribute the operation more efficiently. We will match salaries with productivity. More training and the consolidation of posts.
- We will improve the management policy and the obtaining of investments and grants from other administrations. - We will lower taxes and municipal charges. - We will reestablish the abolition of the taxes paid when opening new businesses and we will continue with a 50% reduction in the rate of tax paid for rubbish collection for retirees and large families.
- Reactivate and execute the Participatory Budgets. - We will enhance the town council deartments for: Urbanism, Tourism, Trade, Youth, Culture and Agriculture. - Promote municipal transparency and publish everything on the town hall website.

TOURISM - Promote Gastronomic and Cultural Tourism related with Sorollla. - Promote sporting and cultural events which bring economic return to the sector. - We will create a local plan for parking improvements and access to the coves and beaches. - We will promote new, quality hotel rooms. - We will ensure that tourists can rent with tranquility.

AGRICULTURE AND FISHING
- Permanent construction of the ecological and sustainable Industrial and Business Park in “Catarroges”. - Digital divide: facilitate Internet connection throughout the whole town and access to new technologies. - Strengthen the Xàbia Gastronomic Sector to promote it. - We will promote hotel beds and tourist rentals in order to attract investors. - We will promote the creation of businesses in the town’s centres and revitalise the historic centre. - Empower and accept advice from the local development agency and Creama. - Streamline the administrative management between labour supply and labour demand - We will promote employment workshops and activate job banks.
