The Boardroom and reception design competition
The Inception Box Walking from entering reception to the boardroom, is the exploration process. The boardroom is floating in the middle of the Office, like the heart of the body. Underneath the boardroom is the exhibition space which floating on water, integrated with a big Chinese painting in front door. The floating room is a magic box. All the green plants grows from there, the more communication we have, the more green plants growing up. The plants could grow along the pipe of the office showing the spirit of Hassell--Green architecture.
The collages for different projects
For each project, before we have the final renderings, we need provide some concept renders about whole atmosphere and facade feeling. These collages are really helpful to catch the clients' eyes. These collages are based on a pure white paper or just simple line drawings, collect all the reference images which I like, and montage them together in order to achieve a concept facade, I try to avoid concept collages with over specefic facade.
Year 3 Final Project
The cloud of Landscape Thesis:
Fluidity layering in temporality and spatiality
The building laying on the landscape with green roof looks like a cloud of the landscape. My intention is focus on the aspect of spatial movement. It is the Aquatic Leisure Center with Eco purification system. Diversity pools and water zones have a variety of program and clients, and each one also used as a filter in the water treatment process. As the level goes deeper, the water quality gets higher and the water program becomes more private. As the main element, Water runs through the entire building.
Year 2 Project
The Radar Technology Center
The building sits in Happisburgh, which is a seriously eroded Coastline. The shape concept comes from the radar wave This radar Center is could measure the weather, water level, wind in order to protect the surrounding residential. Also it is a studio, visitors could come into it and see how each machine works, how to analysis the data.

The skin of gas holder intergrated with a water purification machine. The polluted water from river is puried for green vertical skin and park.
