What a great team game. We had fantastic passages of play during the game. Izzy and Olivia moved well together in the circle. Sailor and Isana passing in the circle was amazing and the defence if Tilly, Ava, and Chloe worked well together and got lots of hand to ball, unfortunately our passing let up down and we couldn’t convert the turn overs into goals. Keep training hard girls. Veryproudofyouall.

They brought a physical presence which rattled us, we had Indee Stratford and Skye Wilson both from Under 15’s make their debut to Senior’s, which was a great experience for them and played well, we also had Sam Hobson joins us in the last quarterfromtheUnder17’s,thankyougirls.

Tara and Mik fed Sarah beautifully In a hard fought game, I was happy with the way we just kept at it. A HUGE thankyou to Anna, Tahlia, Carlee and Gracie for benching - with a bit of sickness hanging around our teams, I had no idea what today wasgoingtobring!!

This was a musta winforus and weworkedso hard and definitely earnt the win was a close one though. Gracie had an outstanding 1st quarter her rebounds and defensive pressure were so crucial. Tahlia held so strong all day this combined with some amazing passes from Carlee made for some impressive passages of play Anna worked tirelessly all day and won her position hands down with a super effort. So great to have Chelsea back on decksuchatenaciousplayerandalwaysgiveit her all! Maddie works so hard for us every game and got some big rebounds right when weneededthem!

I was very proud of the game the girls played, kept their heads high and did some really great things throughout this hard game. Lucy and Imogen played against some very tall opposition but together they held and shot well. Our centre court girls in Tully, Halle and Aleisha kept up the pressure right down the court and had some brilliant passes into our goalies. Macy and Ellie in defence never gave up and tried their hardest right till the last whistle In games like this it is easy to drop your head. Last week we played against North. We went into this game coming off a high from our win thepreviousweekandwewantedtocontinue the intensity and determination The girls started off strong again and had an amazing first quarter which set us up for the rest of the game. With only the bare 7 this week the girls played a solid 4 quarters and got many rebounds and interceptions At the final whistle west took a convincing 18 goal win 39 –57.
