Luxurious Accommodation

Stay in complete luxury Your home away from home You will be staying in a stunning resort . Your own room, your own bathroom. There are 2 pools in a lush tropical garden. Perfect for your down time.

Still need to get some work done? No problem there is free wifi throughout the resort and in your room.

10 min from the beach There are 2 class of rooms available: Our boutique villas & deluxe boutique villas. It is possible to share with a friend on twin share basis in our deluxe boutique villas.

The accommodation is just a 2 min walk from the training camp and 10 min in a taxi from the beach. There are plenty of nice little restaurants in the area, spas and plenty going on.


Each stunning villa is furnished with an air-conditioned bedroom and living room (Deluxe), hot water shower, storage pantry, refrigerator, cable TV, wireless internet connection, safety box, coffee & tea making facilities and a private balcony. There are 2 big outside swimming pools and all villas have direct access to the swimming pools.


Training

6 days a week training sessions : Training sessions are Monday to Saturday from 07:00 to 19:00. Visit the beaches and chill on Sunday. We have Yoga, bodyfit, cross training, self defence training, running and beach training sessions. All levels are welcome! Don´t hesitate. Go for it!


Training Timetable. Mornings: Monday to Friday: 7– 8am Yoga, 8am Breakfast, 8:30—9.30 Body fit Afternoons: 1.30 –2.30 Cross training, 2.45—3.45 Cross training. Unlimited weights room access. Excursions: Tuesday Big Buddha mountain run. Thursday Beach Fitness. Note Excursions have a 100baht transport fee.


Meal Plan

We include two healthy nutritious meals a day, a fantastic and diverse menu specially designed by a US celebrity chef, to complement your fitness goals. You can choose to have the included meals at breakfast, lunch or dinner. The extra meal per day you choose where and what. It is a very social environment at the camp often you will be going out to dinner with your new training buddies, and it’s nice to have a bit of variety. There are plenty of restaurants locally to choose from. Expect to pay about two / three pounds per meal.


Personal training

As well as all of the group training sessions, we also include one personal training session per week with one of our highly qualified fitness instructors. These sessions are perfect to keep you on track, give you an opportunity to focus your fitness goals and get the most from your time at the camp. Whilst one personal fitness session per week is enough for most clients, you are also at liberty to book extra sessions locally.


How long should you go? The majority of guests come for four weeks, and they can achieve some impressive results. On the page opposite you can see Josh, he managed to achieve this in just 30 days. Due to time constraints some people just come for one or two weeks, this is a good opportunity to learn more about maintaining your fitness levels and give you a head start for when you’re back home. It’s also quite a nice way to combine holiday to Thailand, with feeling healthier and fitter when you return. If you really want results though. We recommend going long-term. From 6 to 12 weeks you can genuinely have a life changing Fitness transformation. What you can achieve depends on how long you stay, but even short term guests benefit from the intensive workouts and personal attention from expert fitness trainers. At the end of the trip you can expect to feel fitter, stronger, and physically better.
