Hello, We are Xtreme Gap Year, an exciting travel company set up and run by 2 professional adventure travellers, Oliver Bray and Debby Neekens to help people get the most out of their travels. You can read all about us, as a company, as individuals and what on earth we do here. Right now you are probably considering having a stint away in another country and might be wondering what to do and where, and who with, and whether you need that many pairs of underpants. All the important burning travelling questions! Well we are here to help inspire you to do something really special during your time away. That is exactly what we do at the core of Xtreme Gap, we send you off to do something amazing in really cool places. To some it is learning a new skill like surfing or diving or even a language, to others it might be a wildlife experience, Martial Arts and developing their fitness or just pure travel combining everything, from worried about travelling alone group travel experiences, where we take care of everything for you, to really exciting Adrenaline Travel Tours. We don´t just promote adrenaline stuff though: many people book round the world trips with us, combining work and travel (from helping you find work in Australia to getting you qualified to teach as a Scuba Instructor or Surf Instructor.) No Volunteering. We don´t do volunteering, despite it being dressed up as ethical travel, it isn´t. More about that here, we only want you to experience trips that will benefit you personally. We research our trips properly! Finally we want you to have the most amazing time, so we make sure our trips are up to scratch personally, you can see many of our research trips on our you tube channel. Adding Extra Option Weeks Most people choose one option to complete on their second week, however if you wish to do more than one you can do this in your third week (add €325 or £325 to the trip price). Please note sometimes adding an
extra option might mean you miss out on the fullmoon party although it usually falls on the 4th week of the trip.
You always get 2 weeks in Koh Tao - so if you choose an extra option week, your trip will be 5 weeks in total.

Booking Booking is easy, you simply fill out an online booking form on the program page it looks like this: You then pay a ÂŁ100 deposit to secure your place and you can book up to 6 months ahead.
