Terms & Conditions

All prices are F.O.B. from our nursery. Payment is due at the time of pickup or delivery by cash, credit card or approved check. To establish terms a completed credit application must be submitted for approval.

In order to serve you better, please phone 24 hours in advance of pickups and allow enough time to complete loading prior to closing time. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 7AM - 3:30PM.

Claims

Drivers should inspect the plants being loaded to verify accuracy. All shipments travel at the risk and cost of the purchaser. Inspect the shipment and report any shortages within 48 hrs. Credit requests must be made in writing A service fee of $35.00 will be charged for any within 5 days after receipt of material. checks returned by the bank. A 1.5% monthly charge will be applied to all past due accounts. The buyer agrees to pay all expenses of collection. Out of term accounts will revert to C.O.D. no discount.

Cash Discount

A 5% cash discount will apply to cash or approved check payments made at time of pickup or delivery. Your account must be current and have no outstanding check collections problems. Credit card payments are not considered cash and will not receive the discount.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Cancellations

Must be made in a timely fashion. A 25% restocking fee made be applied to orders released for pickup. Cancellations will not be accepted for plant material that has been dug.

Warranty

The nursery stock is sold true to name and in good health. The purchaser assumes all risk and responsibilities of planting, growth, and life of purchased stock. We are liable only for the wholesale purchase price of the plant material.

Returns

No plant returns will be accepted without prior approval. No returns will be considered if State of Illinois sales tax is collected on all sales plants have been planted.
