The Layers wool rug and blanket collection is handwoven with Momostenango sheep’s wool.

The wool is hand-carded, handspun, dyed using natural plants and minerals, and then woven on the footloom. The Alvarado family has crafted these rugs for over 5 generations, maintaining this incredible artisan tradition.
