A city is an ever-evolving environment. It is a continuous patchwork of interrelated spaces where introducing a new piece
to the puzzle may start a wave of positive change that will reverberate through the city.
Frunze 35 as a part of industrial zone is rich on Economic, Architectural Heritage, Technical Heritage of continuous
innovations. But in time of unstable economical and political situation, social passiveness and avoidance of soviet past has led to
indifference and deliberate erasing, demolition and tabula rasa. The evolving community of Podil has lost the connection with
the place. The economic centers of the city have moved away from this part of the city. But Frunze 35 is not lost for Kiev yet.
