Technical training and support The platform is very intuitive and user friendly, however to make the transition to this cloud-based work model even easier, Transparent Business has detailed user’s manuals, video-tutorials, a Help Center and specialize technical support.
CloudWorking Certification or cloud-based work specialization Our team of experts carries out an online training course for Cloudworking. The course centers on developing skills and getting to know the tools that a CloudWorker needs in order to be able to perform successfully in the remote work environment. The course goes over the basic concepts of CloudWorking along with its benefits and challenges. It offers advice to help you work successfully from home. It also includes an introduction to applications and tools that are currently being used for working remotely.
Prices TransparentBusiness is free for individuals and teams with 5 or less employees. For larger teams we charge a rate of US$30 per user per month or $349 a year, after the fifth user.
For less than US$1 a day for each user, large companies can stop overpaying for remote services while at the same time increasing productivity. Each account has 3GB of storage. Additional storage can be purchased for US$5 a month per gigabyte. There is no charge for adding clients or guests, and there is no limit to the number of additional accounts.
