This research also analyzed and focused on the theories of various authors working in this similar field of research through their thesis, research papers, etc. The author has also gathered literature definitions of flexible design and identified examples and case studies of various airports. References from various travel blogs and travel reviews have also been taken. A small survey of about 100 people was also conducted to know the real passenger experience and for a better understanding of real passenger problems.

Following the analysis of previous researchers' work, this research also does an analytical study to give solutions to the raised questions. Primary data is acquired by the means of a survey and secondary data is based on the findings of articles and journals published online on various websites and with the references of the published books.
