July DCM On July 19th, during the Beach Clean-up, D16 had their DCM. The DCM last about 2 hours and it was very efficient. Members were able to know each other more through ice breakers and introducing themselves to each other. During the DCM the LTG talked about the next month’s DCM and the service project that she had planned. It was to make a dog chew toy out of old clothes. Then she announced the Member of the Month, Officer of the Month, and the Club of the month. The DCM ended with a spirit session led by the two Division Spirit Chairs. The clubs were divided into two and in the end, the winner of the spirit battle had the chance to take home the spirit stick made by one of the Spirit Chairs. After D16’s spirit battle, the D25E Koalas decided to challenge the White Tigers. The DCM was an amazing time for the Division and the Region to bond as Ohana.
