In its 20.000 sqm facility in Antalya, Turkey. There are production lines for fixed and loose furniture, customized joinery, upholstery workshop and metal furniture. AHK also has special fabric production affiliations in Bursa, Turkey and Corlu, Turkey where any type of fabric can be produced in any quantity. Established in 2003 and serves under a big complex with 15000 m2 closed area, AHK Furniture Factory targets to deliver the best quality service in terms of production. Starting from its first day ahk Furniture Factory has successfully completed wood works including both fixed and loose furniture and upholstered items for numerous of projects including residential areas, hotels and corporate buildings. AHK KNDU VILLAS project, in which the investments have been started in the beginning of 2015 consists of almost 100 villas in 3 phases and covers a construction area of 80.000 m2. KNDU VILLAS has also been bestowed granted an award in the most successful Residence contest of the European PROPERTY Award and the International Property Awards which are international contests of that sector. In addition to this, AHK DEVELOPMENT provides consultancy for several hotel and residence projects in Turkey and other countries. Having conducted many resort, city and boutique hotel applications that are significant in international scope, and countinuously adding a new one over these works every day, AHK Interiors is introducing the brand “AHK DESIGN HOTEL�, of which the area of expertise is a universal premier in hospitality sector, with architects, interior architects and hotel investors in the year 2013.

Recently, there has been a significant increase in number and lengths of the yachts constructed in the mega yacht industry and it is observed that the average scale raises up to 40-45 meters. Similarly, a huge demand for mega yacht projects over 100 meters is observed in the world yacht industry. This situation also reflects on the yacht constructions in Istanbul and Antalya parallel to the mega yacht industry of the world. Despite such success in yacht construction, unfortunately this success cannot be achieved for the interior practices either in Antalya or Turkey and foreign support is provided in that respect. AHK Worldwide management knowing that the way to create a worldwide brand value for a mega yacht industry is doing this job properly and working with a good team, has established AHK Marine in February 2015 after performing necessary preliminary works.

AHK entered Azerbaijan in 2012 with Port Baku Tower Project under Pasha Construction who are the leading organization in Azerbaijan Construction Industry by far. Project was successfully completed on time which led to the award of Whitecity Hotel Project public areas package by the same Client, that is targeted to be completed by early 2015. We are actively tendering for numerous other projects in Azerbaijan to become a permanent solution provider in Azerbaijan Fit out and FF&E Contracting. Currently AHK Azerbaijan employs over 100 staff and targeting continuous growth and permanent presence in Azerbaijan.

Arazi yapısının yanı sıra bölgenin doğal güzelliklerini ön plana çıkaran yerleşimi ve doğayla iletişim kuran mimarisiyle sürdürülebilir bir yaşam alanı yaratmayı amaçladığımız Kndu’da konforlu bir evin ötesinde, hayatınızı paylaşıp, içinde olmaktan huzur duyacağınız özel bir mahalle kurmayı amaçladık. Mimari tasarımda geliştirdiğimiz çeşitlilik sayesinde, 2018 yılında tamamlanacak olan 4 büyük, 22 orta ve 12 küçük olmak üzere çeşitli büyüklükte konuta sahip olan Kndu, ailenizle geçirebileceğiniz mutlu anlara ve birçok yakın dostluklara da ev sahipliği yapacak.

18 Photovoltaic Panels The rooftop of the buildings facing the southern direction of Antalya consists on solar photovoltaic panels to generate renewable electricity direct from the sunlight to maintain the energy requirements of the building. Binanın enerji gereksinimleri Antalya’nın güneş yoluna özgü olarak konut birimlerinin düzenine bağlı olarak fotovoltaik paneller tarafından sağlanacaktır.

Winter Garden The southern facade of the building comprises a wintergarden which is seperated from the other facilities of the house and it can be used for social gatherings and parties as well as a greenhouse to grow your favorite plants. Konut Biriminin güney cephesi, kullanıcıların tadını çıkarmaları için bir sera olarak düzenlenmiştir. Alan kahvaltı, çay saati ya da sosyal organizasyonlar gibi toplu faaliyetlerin yanı sıra bitki yetiştirmek için uygun bir bahçe olarak da kullanılabilecek şekilde diğer alanlardan ayrılmıştır.

Timber Cladding The buildings exterior facades facing east and west direction is glazed covered. While the north and south facades are covered with timber cladding. The timber cladding is used as a second coat of environmental protection as well as an architectural design to secure the building. Binaların doğu ve batı cepheleri camla kaplıdır. Kuzey ve Güney cepheleri ise ahşap kaplama ile korunmaktadır. Bu malzeme, tasarımsal açıdan ikinci bir cephe kaplaması ve kabuk görevi görmesinin yanı sıra, yapıyı korur ve binanın dış biçiminin eklemli bir yapı kazanmasına yardımcı olur.

Clerestory Window Climate analysis cultivate green design principles throughout the buildings ventilation and lighthing requirements. This has been sustained by clerestory window fittings controlling the natural ventilation. Rüzgar analizleri, her Konut Birimi için doğal havalandırmayı iyileştirmemize yardımcı olmaktadır. Her birim ana bir üst kat penceresi aracılığıyla havalandırılır. Bina içerisindeki hava doğal ve sürdürülebilir tasarım ilkeleriyle kontrol edilir.

Underground Parking

Striking & Sustainable Buildings NDU is a community of detached and attached villas on private plots of land varying from 600 sqmt to 970sqmt depending on the topography of the plot. All the villas are consisting of 3 floors. KNDU have been designed in 5 different villa sizes. AHK is committed to upholding high standards in environmental sustainability across all the aspect of the project. The design and construction of KNDU buildings are based on low-energy use. Sustainable designs place a strong emphasis on energy-efficiency in the design of the structure, to reduce the need for heating and cooling systems by using photovoltaic panels. Other considerations include water usage. The building’s roof collects rainwater, which is treated, recycled and re-used onsite. For an efficient toxic reduction and to leave more green spaces for the residents, the vehicle traffic is given through an underground passageway leading to the private garage areas under each villa.

NDU arsa topografyasına bağlı 970 metrekare ile 600 metrekare arasında değişen özel araziler üzerinde müstakil ve bağlı villalardan oluşan bir topluluktur. Tüm villalar 3 katlıdır. KNDU 5 farklı villa boyutlarında dizayn edilmiştir. AHK projenin tüm yönlerinde yüksek standartlarda çevresel sürdürülebilirliğin korunmasını taahhüt eder. KNDU’nun yapılarının dizayn ve inşaatlarında düşük enerji kullanımı temel alınmıştır. Sürdürülebilir dizaynlar yapıların tasarımında enerji verimliliğine önem vererek güneş enerjisi panelleri kullanımı ile ısıtma ve soğutma ihtiyacını azaltmaktadır. Tasarımdaki bir diğer unsurda su kullanımını kapsamaktadır. Yağmur suyu toplanarak çevre sulamasında kullanılır. Ortak yaşam alanlarında hem yeşil alan oranını yükseltmek hem de ortam hava kirliliğini azaltmak amacı ile site girişinden itibaren araç trafiği yer altından villaların özel garajlarına kadar ulaşmaktadır.

I created this unique project in order to add a value to the city where I was born and where I grew up. Antalya deserves such a peerless achievement.

For the second time in Turkey and after Istanbul we are associating our name with The Italian brand Armani Casa. This partnership will not only be limited by these projects but we will continue to collaborate together for other projects on international scale. KNDU project is one among the few projects in Turkey, which was rewarded with the “BREEAM VERY GOOD” green building certificate. Energy and water are used efficiently. The solar energy is used for the heating system and electricity and the rainwater is re-used for the irrigation of the common green areas. The sustainable architecture with the clerestory window fittings is assuring natural ventilation. All windows are remote controlled. Some of the most important external amenities of this project are private green houses or winter gardens for each villa and the green landscaped jogging paths. KNDU is the nominee of INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY AWARD for Residential Development Europe during the next competition. Beside this award and during the event organized at JW Mariott London, AHK Worldwide in association with Dubai investment, won the “BEST RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT TURKEY” Award for the project KNDU among more the 300 development projects. AHK Worldwide CEO and Interior designer Haldun Kilit proud of this achievement announced that KNDU awards belong at the same time to the whole team of AHK and GAD architecture.

KNDU yatırımımız Türkiye’de sayılı projede alınmış “BREEAM VERY GOOD” yeşil bina sertifikasına uygun olarak yapılyor, güneş enerjisi ve yağmur gibi tüm doğal kaynaklardan faydalanıyor. Güneş enerjisinden elektrik ve ısıtma, yağmur suyundan ise çevre sulamayı sağlıyoruz. Villaların mimarisinde, çatılarda tüm evin doğal havalanması ile ilgili, özel kumandalı pencereler mevcut. Villa sahiplerinin faydalanacağı organik sera, sağlıklı yaşam için koşu parkurları, projenin en dikkat çeken kısımları diyebilirim. KNDU, Avrupa’daki en başarılı residence kategorisinde ise bir sonraki yarışma için aday gösterildi. JW Mariott London’da düzenlenen gece de, yarışmaya 300’ün üzerinde proje katılırken, “En Başarılı Residence” dalındaki ödül ise AHK Worldwide Dubai ortak yatırımı olan KNDU‘ın oldu.

The required design is in harmony with the environment and the nature and appropriate to to the existing climate. Large glazed exterior facades and clerestory window fittings prioritize the daylight and the natural ventilation of the building in order to improve the interior comfort and protect the environment.” The main idea by building eco-friendly houses is to preserve a green environment and profit at a maximum level from the solar energy to generate renewable electricity. To leave more green spaces for the residents in the common areas, the vehicle traffic is given through an underground passageway. Housing units are intertwined with the nature in a green environment. We created a world of in three different sizes: small, medium and large. One of the most important details in the architecture design is the timber cladding used as a shell to secure the building. KNDU maximize sunlight to preserve quality living within the building and the green landscaped gardens around the villas provide private areas for the residents. We opted for high quality materials like composite wooden profiles, aluminum window and facade systems Stucco coating over thermal and water isolation inside the walls, high performance glazing, natural stones and wood products.

Yapıya ait bütün açıklıklar, daha konforlu bir iç mekan ve çevre sağlayabilmek için Antalya’ya ait rüzgar yönelimleri ve doğal havalandırma kuralları dikkate alınarak kurgulanmış. Özellikle de gün ışığından maksimum düzeyde faydalanma ve doğal iklimlendirmeyi temel alarak kendi enerjisini üretebilen çevre dostu konutlar üretebilme fikri esas alınmış. Genel planlama, doğal çevreyi kullanıcılara bırakmak, araç trafiğine sadece yer altında izin vermek üzerine kurulmuş. Bu anlamda konutlar ve doğa birbiriyle bütünleşerek, yeşil ile iç içe bir ortam sağlanmış. Sonuçta da büyük, orta ve küçük olarak adlandırılan doğal bir dünya yaratılmış. “Tasarımda önemli rol oynayan ahşap kaplamalar, bir kabuk görevini üstlendi. İç mekandaki ışık dengesini kurdu. İklimlendirmeye yardımcı oldu.
