We are a regional NHS organisation responsible for the provision of leadership and organisation development, supporting and enabling our stakeholders to achieve their local objectives. Working in partnership we provide a range of offers to create excellent leadership, excellent organisations, transforming systems together. As the Local Leadership Academy for the NHS Leadership Academy we provide access for individuals in Yorkshire and the Humber to a suite of high quality core leadership development programmes and tools that aim to professionalise leadership across the NHS.
