3. Use a marker or pen to trace around the insert. Repeat for the other insole.

• There are removable inserts within the shoes • There are sufficient room (width and depth) in the shoes to insert the insoles that you have been prescribed • The pair of shoes is supportive and has a restraining structure (buckle, laces or velcro) 2. Remove the insert from your shoe and place it on top of the insole. Ensure the heel portion of the insert is aligned accurately with the heel portion of the insole.

4. Use sharp scissors to trim the excess top cover material of the insole according to the outline of the original insert.

5. If unsure, make small cuts to ensure you do not over-cut the insoles.

7. Make sure your insole sit flat and steady at the back of the shoe.

8. Use your fingers to push the folded flap to the front. Repeat for the other side.

6. After trimming, flap the front of the insole back and insert into the shoe.
