Voice Disorders How do we produce voice? Resonance Nose, Mouth The sounds are changed by our mouth and nose to make words.

Phonation Voice box The voice box has two vocal cords. When the air passes through the vocal cords, they vibrate to produce a sound.

Respiration Lungs Power for voicing comes from the air we exhale from our lungs.
