Les Mills BODYCOMBAT Les Mills BodyCombat is a program that is a martial arts- inspired full- body workout that fuels cardio fitness and leaves you feeling empowered. It's totally non- contact and there are no complex moves to master.

Les Mills RPM Les Mills RPM is a program that incorporates cycling, choreography and motivational coaching techniques to give you a completely safe aerobic adrenaline experience. It's the ultimate indoor ride! Get in the zone for your 50- minute session and find out why this class is addictive. Please note, no entry is allowed once class has begun.

Les Mills BODYSTEP Les Mills BodyStep is a program is the ultimate way to give your body a high- energy cardio blast that tones the hips and thighs by utilizing a height- adjustment step. With over 6,000 steps during each one- hour session, you'll see results in record time. Cardio Dance Cardio Dance is a party workout that provides dynamic movements and a great cardio workout to today's hottest hits for any level dancer. You'll never be bored as you burn calories during this workout that explores numerous dance styles. High Fit ness High Fitness incorporates plyometric moves, toning squats and lunges, and music that gets you grooving. High is the workout you've been craving. Come join us for an endorphin rush. Tabat a Tabata is a cardio workout that will combine 4- minute blocks of different exercises for 30 seconds with 10 seconds of rest in between each cycle. The instructor will mix these cycles with strength, body weight training, core and more. All fitness levels welcome. Zumba Zumba is a heart- racing, muscle- pumping, Latin- inspired class that is a great time that gets great results, including high- calorie burn and an awesome core workout. Over your one- hour class, you will not only enjoy a great workout, but great music while learning cool dance moves. If you want to have fun and get fit too, this class is for you. 4

Les Mills SPRINT Les Mills Sprint is a 30- minute High- Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It's a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high- intensity, low- impact workout, scientifically proven to return rapid results. Please note, no entry is allowed once class has begun.

Flexibilit y YOGA Strengthen and open tight areas of the body like the shoulders and muscles of the upper body. This can help you keep good posture. Develop body awareness. Yoga requires you to contract or relax specific muscles as you stretch into each pose. Les Mills BodyBalance Les Mills BodyBalance is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background.

Small Group Training

Les Mills BodyPump BodyPump is the Les Mills' original barbell class. This one- hour workout strengthens your entire body by challenging all of your major muscle groups with the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weights will inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast! Please note, no entry is permitted once class begins.

**Ext ra Fees Apply** Barre Barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing and targeted workout you'll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini- balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim, and stretch your entire body.

Les Mills GRIT GRIT is a 30- minute high- intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. This program features three unique team training focuses that will push you to your max and beyond. With your coach right down on the floor with you, you won't believe how hard you can workout. 30 minutes of intense challenge established by your motivation and certified coach will be set to explosive music to send your energy levels through the roof. Les Mills Core Les Mills Core is a scientific core workout for incredible core tone and sports performance. You build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do. Instructors will guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body- weight exercise like crunches and hovers. Les Mills Tone Les Mills Tone combines blocks of strength, cardio and core training into one complete and convent workout. This workout includes a mix of exercises to work the whole body and elevate the heart rate.

Beginner TRX TRX Suspension Training is a total- body fitness program that uses gravity against your own body weight. TRX training develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. Moves can be modified to suit any fitness level. TRX Tabat a TRX Tabata is a 30- minute workout will strengthen and tone your muscles and get your heart rate up using the TRX Suspension training system. Options for all fitness levels. St rengt h Development Strength Development is a 12- week progressive small group, full- body foundational strength training program that focuses on lifting heavier weights at slower tempos to generate hypertrophy in 45 minutes workouts.

Training Programs Equipment Orient at ion The Y offers a wide variety of fitness equipment in order to cater to your every exercise need. From cardiovascular to strength training, you will find what you need to live a healthy lifestyle. With a wide range of equipment at your disposal, we offer this free orientation to help familiarize you with our entire fitness facility to make your workouts more efficient and effective. Fit ness Assessment s The Y offers Fitness Assessments based on a standardized method in the following areas: postural, flexibility and overall movement. We can also check your resting heart rate, blood pressure and body fat. This is a 50- minute session with a personal trainer who will review the results with you and suggest a path to help you meet your goals. Not e: Addit ional Fees Apply. Personal Training These individual training sessions are for anyone interested in learning how to make the most of their workouts. Whether you need to lose weight, tone up, train for a specific event, or change your current exercise routine, these sessions will allow you to benefit one- on- one with your trainer at an affordable price. Group Exercise Classes SilverSneakers Classic Silver Sneakers Classic concentrates on improving strength and flexibility so daily living activities become easier. It's a fun way to stay in shape and increase social interaction. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand- held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. SilverSneakers EnerChi Silver Sneakers EnerChi introduces modified tai chi forms. Linking forms together in a guided flow increases strength and vitality. In EnerChi you will teach participants the foundations of weight transfer and rhythmic movement along with awareness and focused breathing.

SilverSneakers Yoga Silver Sneakers Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. Senior Splash Senior Splash is a total body aqua- conditioning class that is held in our family pool. It focuses on increasing agility, range of movement and cardiovascular conditioning. No swimming ability is necessary. Water shoes required, water bottle recommended. Space is limited, must sign up for class. Zumba Gold Zumba Gold is a modified Zumba class that recreates the original Zumba moves at a lower intensity. Easy- to- follow choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. This class helps with cardiovascular health, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance!

For those looking to make a splash by adding a low impact, high energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. Come join the dance pool party! Just add water and shake!

Personal Training Do you need a little more than a group class or FastFoward Fitness? Our Certified Trainers can design programs to assist in balance, mobility, gait, flexibility and strength or assist you in recovery from major surgery. Not e: Addit ional Fees Apply.

Senior Boot camp Senior Bootcamp is a perfect for active older adults. A cardio and strength training class that involves a series of exercised performed in rotation with minimal rest, often using different pieces of equipment. This challenging class will focus on elements important to those over 55 such as bone density loss, muscle strengthening and balance improvement. Senior Circuit Senior Circuit will push your workout to the next level. This class will focus on body conditioning, endurance and resistance training. Wat er in Mot ion Water in Motion is an aqua exercise workout that provides a low impact, high- energy challenge for participants of all ages, skill and fitness level. Jump in and make a splash with this dynamic cardiovascular full body workout. Balance & Flexibilit y Balance & Flexibility is a 6- week small group training, geared toward the senior population or beginner exercisers with a focus on strengthening the core, improving overall balance, flexibility and mobility. Class begins with dynamic flexibility to freely move every part of the body, and then transitions to weight bearing balance poses to improve bone and muscle strength. We will finish with core work and stretching. Through a blend of balance poses, core exercises, dynamic and static flexibility exercises, participants will work to improve overall health and functional fitness. Hut t o Family YMCA

Senior Fit ness Evaluat ion If you are age 55 or older, this is a great tool to ensure you are maintaining an exercise regiment that will help you stay fit, strong, healthy and moving as you get older. Meet one- on- one with a trainer to learn all the areas of fitness you should be practicing at a level and schedule that works best for you. Consists of one 30- minute consultation. Social Event s Senior Breakf ast Come join us as we share in food and fellowship each month. This is a free event that meets the third Tuesday of each month in the Zone at the Hutto Family YMCA. Space is limited to 35 people. Please register at the Member Service Desk or online. Lunch Bunch The lunch bunch meets the second Friday of each month at 1pm. Come enjoy good food and better company as we visit different local restaurants each month. Senior Game Day Join us for our monthly Game Day! Food, fun and prizes! What more could you ask for?! Your child will produce personalized items for the family, there's a special sweet treat for Santa too. Dec. 18: Ornaments, Dec. 19: Wreath, Dec. 20: Cookie Board, Dec. 21: Cookie (baking), Dec. 22: Stocking (sewing).

TWIXMAS AT HUTTO: 5- 13 yrs Campers will have the opportunity to de- stress and have some good old fashion fun. We will play various games, create different art projects, use STEAM techniques to navigate through activities, and cook delicious items to bring in the new year. Dec. 26: Holiday STEAM, Dec. 27: Kitchen Crime Scene, Dec. 28: New Year, New Room, Dec. 29: Escape Room & New Year Crafts, Jan. 2: Healthy Lunch (cooking).

ChildWat ch ChildWatch is offered as a free service for members with family memberships. ChildWatch is more than just a safe place to look after your children while at the Y. This program offers children and infants the chance to get the most out of their own visit to the Y through playing, learning and staying physically active. Age requirements, time limits and hours vary by branch. Locat ions Y Af t erschool Grades K- 5 The goal of our afterschool program is to ensure safety for children (K- 5th grade) while promoting healthy physical and emotional growth, assisting working families, and inspiring children to learn. We strive to help each child reach their full potential by offering a positive and enriching environment that encourages the development of character, leadership and cooperative spirit. We offer afterschool care until 6:30pm and all- day care on most school holidays, including summer , at convenient school sites throughout Central Texas. For more information, please contact the Y Licensed Child Care Services Desk at 512- 615- 5563. Preschool at t he Y Ages 8 wks- 5 yrs Located in Round Rock at 1812 N. Mays St. Licensed by the department of Family and Protective Services. We strive to provide each child with positive and stimulating activities within a nurturing Christian atmosphere. Through a well- balanced curriculum, our program promotes positive self- concepts, creative development, intellectual challenge, cooperation and respect for one another. Children are provided with a nourishing breakfast, a hot lunch and an afternoon snack as part of our program. Free Family Friday Ages 6 wks- 5 yrs One Friday each month from 4- 8pm, parents who are Y Members can drop off their children for a free evening of fun while they enjoy an early dinner. For an additional $5 per child you can extend your time to 9pm. Additionally, for $4 per child you can purchase the Family Friday Meal which includes pizza, juice and a snack. Please note, parents must sign up in advance for the evening that they plan to have their children attend. Space is limited and only one of these programs is allotted per month to each family. Mot her's Day Out Ages 4- 5 yrs Mondays & Wednesdays 9am- 1pm Providing a fun learning environment for your child with curriculum that incorporates art, story time, and socialization skills while focusing on kindergarten readiness is what you can expect from Mother's Day Out at the Y! Registration required and fees apply. All About Me Ages 2- 3 yrs Tuesdays & Thursdays 9am- 1pm Providing a fun learning environment for your child with curriculum that incorporates art, story time, and socialization skills while focusing on preschool development is what you can expect from All About Me at the Y! Registration required and fees apply. Kid's Night Out & Super Kid's Night Out Ages 6 wks- 12 yrs It's 9pm on a Saturday night, do you know where your kids are? Of course you do! They're eating pizza, playing games and making friends at the Y during this evening event. Event time 5- 10pm. Children in attendance should wear comfortable clothing (including socks). Children 5 and up will swim on designated dates. Super Kid's Night Out will include a fun craft that your child can take home! Registration Required and fees apply. 9

Yout h Fit ness Teens N Training (TNT) Ages 9- 13 yrs Held in the fitness center, this weight training and cardio program for teens will provide participants with a complete equipment orientation and a personalized workout while teaching them about cardio- weight room etiquette, appropriate exercise attire and proper exercise form/technique. Upon completion, each participant will receive a certificate allowing full use of the fitness center with a supervising adult. Not e: Addit ional Fees Apply

Rookie League Sign up Ages 3- 5 yrs Leagues are structured to allow for both practice and game experiences in the same day. Participants will learn new skills for 25 minutes and put those skills in action for a short 25- 30 minute game after the practice session. All players will receive a YMCA reversible- style jersey and will be assigned a different color each week. All players will receive a participation medal. Rookie Plus League Grades 1st- 2nd (ages 6- 7) Rookie Plus players will receive a uniform package different for each sport. The season will practice 1 hour per week, with a game on Friday or Saturday (based on the sport). This leauge will consist of 6 games. Scores and standings will be kept. Our rules have been adjusted to ensure better parity and limit the ability of a team to "run up the score." Players will be ensured to play half of each game. All players will receive a participation medal.

Plus League Grades 3rd- 8th (ages 8- 14) Rookie Plus players will receive a uniform package different for each sport. The season will consist of 7 to 8 practices, 6 games, and a guaranteed 1- game end of season tournament for each age group. Scores and standings will be kept. Our rules have been adjusted to ensure better parity and limit the ability of a team to "run up the score." Players will be ensured to play half of each game. All players will receive a participation medal. Yout h Enrichment Programs Int ro t o Art & Design Ages 8 - 14 yrs Young creatives will work alongside professional instructors to hone natural talents and explore principals in art and design, participating in guided activities that include drawing, painting, and crafts. Students are equipped with a comfortable, outside- the- box, environment to focus on what inspires them most. Comic Book Creat ion Ages 8 - 15 yrs Join our talented team of Graphic Artists, Card Game Enthusiast, & Comic Book Gurus to create your very own Heroes of Legend! This class will explore the history and lore of traditional comic books and card games. The students will create and develop a Comic Book or Card Game Hero and tell their unique story. Each student will learn how to write, draw and illustrate their stories to share with the world. Board Game Creat ion Lab Ages 9 - 14 yrs Play, Learn, & Pitch Your Idea! ? We combine Entrepreneurship, Art, Game Play, Technology & FUN! This camp will challenge and inspire your child to see the world in different ways, primarily 3 dimensional! Throughout the week, students will play many different types of board games then work in teams to design a Board Game, complete with rules of engagement and then pitch that board game to a panel of Local Board Game Geeks in hopes that their game will be chosen and receive seed money to continue with the dream of creating their own Board Game! Sewing Ages 9 - 99 yrs Private (1:1) and Semi- Private (2:1) lessons available. Learn basic sewing skills like pattern layouts, cutting, constructing the project and how to use a sewing machine. Young Chef s in Training Ages 4 - 12 yrs Your Young Chef will learn valuable cooking, baking and decorating skills in one of our many culinary classes. Classes offered are: Chef - Advanced Chef - Advanced Baking - Baking - Chef - Cake Decorating

Beginning Engineering Grades Kinder & 1st Grade LEGO© ® lessons and games, and LEGO© ® sets with plenty of instructors to help with building. They will be challenged with the LEGO© ® WeDo robotic program where they will build & program their own robotic creations and learn about gears, pulleys, levers and more! Themes include: Amazing Machines, Fun & Games, and Amusement Park. Advanced Engineering & Programming Grades 2nd - 6th Grade For our advancing robot engineers?entering 2nd & 6th grade, lessons incorporate technology concepts, engineering principles, programming and imagination. Students will build robots, simple machines, LEGO© ® Brick creations and learn about science concepts all while having fun. They will be challenged with the LEGO© Mindstorms NXT robotics program & EV3 Construction Kits where they will build and program their own robotic creations! Ext reme Lego Maker Ages 4 - 14 yrs Student participants will experience several exciting activities over the course of the week- long sessions. Every skill level, ranging from beginner to super geek, will need to fire up their brains and prepare to work in cooperative engineering teams. The Maker camp includes the following: Coding Challenges, LEGO© Master Builders, Simple Machines, Movie Making, LEGO© Mosaic art, LEGO© Ev3, NXT and WeDo Robotics systems. LEGO© Movie Making Ages 6 - 12 yrs Kids work in pairs to create a short story, draw it out, and build it with LEGO© Bricks, and then they bring it to life on film. Each session students will choose from THEMED LEGO© KITS from MINECRAFT to SUPERHEROS (and more) and using those kits, create their very own movie, complete with sound effects & even music. A copy of all projects will be provided via a screening link from the 4Reelz YouTube page for screening purposes. STEAM Ages 5 - 9 yrs STEAM will foster your child's creative thinking, problem solving and innovative thinking while encouraging their natural curiosity and talents. Kids will use Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics.

Tiny Tot s Ages 18 mos - 3 yrs This class is designed for toddlers and their parents! Together they will work to increase the child's attention span, special awareness, and motor skills. This will be accomplished with group activities like games and songs, rotation on bars, beam, floor and trampoline. Development al Gymnast ics Ages 4 - 5 yrs This class prepares your child for the beginner level. Your child will be introduced to basic body positioning and gymnastics terminology, basic tumbling skills, proper technique using bars, balance beam and vault. 6- Week Int ro Ages 5 - 13 yrs This 6- week class is used by instructors as an evaluation tool. Instructors will teach the basic skills needed to promote to the beginner level classes. It may be necessary to repeat the 6- week class before moving forward to the monthly program offered at the CHASCO Family YMCA.

Lif eguard Cert if icat ion Ages 16 yrs+ Become a lifeguard at the Y and learn the necessary skills to save a life. Our four- day life guarding classes will teach you rescue skills, CPR/AED for adult, child and infant, and basic first aid skills. Applicants must be a minimum 16 years old by the last day of the attended class. Upon successful completion, participants will be certified in:

Swim Lessons Learn More Group & Privat e Swim Lessons More people learn to swim at the Y than any other place in America. We'll make your family members better swimmers and better people by encouraging healthy spirit, mind and body for all. We offer both group and private lessons for all ages. Junior Waves Ages 5- 13 yrs This class is designed for those youth looking to join an aquatics club or swim team but require additional training. Weekly evaluations are held and upon registration you will meet twice weekly. Classes include age- appropriate swim training, stroke mechanics, endurance training, and goal setting.

Cert if icat ions Swim Inst ruct or Training Gain the knowledge and apply the skills necessary to become a certified instructor during our Swim Instructor Training classes. Participants must be 16 years of age by the last day of class, have their certifications in CPR Pro, First Aid, AED & Oxygen Administration current. Additionally, be proficient in four strokes, tread water for two minutes, perform six synchronized swimming skills and a standing dive off the pool deck.

Wat er in Mot ion Water in Motion is an aqua exercise workout that provides a low impact, high- energy challenge for participants of all ages, skill and fitness level. Jump in and make a splash with this dynamic cardiovascular full body workout.

Indoor pool rentals are available on Saturday and Sunday evenings from 6- 8pm or Sunday morning from 10am- 12pm. Not e: Parties are only available when organized by the Y.
