Cardio Theat er Ages 14+ Our cardio theater motivates everyone! Workout with the latest movies on the big screen along with crystal- clear digital sound. Choose from several different cardio machines. LES MILLS Virt ual Onsit e For those who've just started their journey to a healthier life, Les Mills Virtual is a great way to learn the basics and increase your confidence before you go into live classes. If you're a more experienced member, you'll enjoy being able to work out to the world's best fitness programs, at times that suit your schedule.

Cardio & Dance BODYCOMBAT Les Mills BodyCombat is a program that is a martial arts- inspired full- body workout that fuels cardio fitness and leaves you feeling empowered. It's totally non- contact and there are no complex moves to master. BODYSTEP Les Mills BodyStep is a program is the ultimate way to give your body a high- energy cardio blast that tones the hips and thighs by utilizing a height- adjustment step. With over 6,000 steps during each one- hour session, you'll see results in record time. Zumba Zumba is a heart- racing, muscle- pumping, Latin- inspired class that is a great time that gets great results, including high- calorie burn and an awesome core workout. Over your one- hour class, you will not only enjoy a great workout, but great music while learning cool dance moves.

Cycle CYCLE This indoor cycling class uses different levels of resistance to take participants though a variety of terrains and intensities. Space is limited so please arrive 10 minutes early for bike setup and remember to bring a water bottle and a towel. RPM Les Mills RPM is a program that incorporates cycling, choreography and motivational coaching techniques to give you a completely safe aerobic adrenaline experience. It's the ultimate indoor ride! Get in the zone for your 50- minute session and find out why this class is addictive. Please note, no entry is allowed once class has begun.

Flexibilit y YOGA Strengthen and open tight areas of the body like the shoulders and muscles of the upper body. This can help you keep good posture. Develop body awareness. Yoga requires you to contract or relax specific muscles as you stretch into each pose. BODYBALANCE Les Mills BodyBalance combines Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates to build flexibility and strength while leaving you feeling centered and calm. Using controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music, this workout bring the body into a state of harmony and balance.

St rengt h & Condit ioning BodyPump BodyPump is the Les Mills' original barbell class. This one- hour workout strengthens your entire body by challenging all of your major muscle groups with the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weights will inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast! Please note no entry is permitted once class begins. At hlet ic Training 45- minutes of non- stop action, focusing on strength training, cardio, and plyometrics those explosive power moves like high- knee jumps and burpees. Working at 110% effort, followed by short periods of rest and recovery. This workout will improve strength and build lean muscle.

6- Week Small Group Training **Ext ra Fees Apply** A challenging total body workout, alternating stations of weights & cardio while utilizing equipment such as dumbbells, balance balls and resistance tubes. Additionally, the class will consist of a warm- up, core work, cool- down, and stretching. Your trainer will keep you motivated and help you transform your body.

St rengt h Training Basics Strength Training Basics combines safety and technique with systematic and consistent overloading. Increased strength improves your endurance, body composition, bone density and health. This 6- week program is designed for the novice who wants a foundation in lifting techniques, strength building and improving muscle tone. Women's Weight Training Increase your lean muscle mass and add shape to your arms, while taking inches from your waist. This class helps you start building your happiest and strongest you, by improving your strength, muscle size and conditioning simultaneously.

Training Programs Equipment Orient at ion The Y offers a wide variety of fitness equipment in order to cater to your every exercise need. From cardiovascular to strength training, you will find what you need to live a healthy lifestyle. With a wide range of equipment at your disposal, we offer this free orientation to help familiarize you with our entire fitness facility to make your workouts more efficient and effective. Fit ness Assessment s The Y offers Fitness Assessments based on a standardized method in the following areas: postural, flexibility and overall movement. We can also check your resting heart rate, blood pressure and body fat. This is a 50- minute session with a personal trainer who will review the results with you and suggest a path to help you meet your goals. Not e: Addit ional Fees Apply. Personal Training These individual training sessions are for anyone interested in learning how to make the most of their workouts. Whether you need to lose weight, tone up, train for a specific event, or change your current exercise routine, these sessions will allow you to benefit one- on- one with your trainer at an affordable price. ACTIVE OLDER ADULTS

Group Exercise Classes SilverSneakers Classic Silver Sneakers Classic concentrates on improving strength and flexibility so daily living activities become easier. It's a fun way to stay in shape and increase social interaction. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand- held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. SilverSneakers Muscular St rengt h & Range of Movement (MSROM) Silver Sneakers EnerChi introduces modified Tai Chi forms. Linking forms together in a guided flow increases strength and vitality. In EnerChi you will teach participants the foundations of weight transfer and rhythmic movement along with awareness and focused breathing.

Zumba Gold Zumba Gold is a modified Zumba class that recreates the original Zumba moves at a lower intensity. Easy- to- follow choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. This class helps with cardiovascular health, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance! Line Dance Line dance is a fun choreographed dance with a repeated sequence of steps in which a group of people dance in one or more lines or rows, all facing, either each other or in the same direction, and executing the same steps at the same time. St rengt h & Tone Stay strong with this workout designed for active older adults of all fitness levels. This class includes a variety of exercises geared at increasing muscular endurance, range of motion and agility required for activities of daily living.

Chair Yoga Chair Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. SilverSneakers Circuit SilverSneakers Circuit combines fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscle endurance. Class will consist of standing low- impact choreography alternated with sitting or standing upper body strength work using hand weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball. A chair is offered for support during the class.

CHILDCARE

ChildWat ch and Zone ChildWatch is offered as a free service for members with family memberships. ChildWatch is more than just a safe place to look after your children while at the Y. This programs offers children and infants the chance to get the most out of their own visit to the Y through playing, learning and staying physically active. Age requirements, time limits, and hours vary by branch. Free Family Friday Ages 6 wks - 13 yrs One Friday each month from 4- 8pm, parents who are Y Members can drop off their children for a free evening of fun while they enjoy an early dinner. For an additional $5 per child you can extend your time to 9pm. Additionally, for $4 per child you can purchase the Family Friday Meal which includes pizza, juice and a snack. Please note, parents must sign up in advance for the evening that they plan to have their children attend. Space is limited and only one of these programs is allotted per month to each family. Craf t Pizza Play Ages 6 wks - 13 yrs Hours are 5- 10pm. This program includes pizza, juice and a craft/ This night specifically focuses on a craft. We have done ceramics, canvas painting, tie dye and more! Cost: $25 Y Member/ $35 Community Member

Y Af t erschool Locat ions Grades K- 5 The goal of our afterschool program is to ensure safety for children (K- 5th grade) while promoting healthy physical and emotional growth, assisting working families, and inspiring children to learn. We strive to help each child reach their full potential by offering a positive and enriching environment that encourages the development of character, leadership and cooperative spirit. We offer afterschool care until 6:30pm and all- day care on most school holidays, including summer, at convenient school sites throughout Central Texas. For more information, please contact the Y Licensed Child Care Services Desk at 512- 615- 5563. Kid's Night Out Ages 6 wks- 13 yrs It's 9pm on a Saturday night, do you know where your kids are? Of course you do! They're eating pizza, playing games and making friends at the Y during this evening event. Event time is 5- 10pm. Children in attendance should wear comfortable clothing (including socks), bring their own blankets, pillow and/or wear pajamas. Cost: $20 Y Member/ $30 Community Member Mot her's Day Out Ages 12 mos - 5 yrs Tuesdays & Thursdays or Mondays & Wednesdays 9am- 1pm What better way to help out mom than with Mother's Day Out! This great bonding experience will provide the building blocks of learning for children. Our program curriculum includes art, cognitive development, social and emotional development, and physical development.


Holiday Camp at t he Y Christ mas Break Camps - Dec. 18- 22 & 26- 29 Regist er f or Holiday Camp by t he day. Gymnast ics: Dec. 18- 22nd & Jan. 2- 5 - Ages 7- 12 yrs Camper will learn skills on the floor, bars, tumble track, and beam. Emphasis is placed on strength, flexibility, balance, and skill development. Camp also includes playing games, and participating in team- building activities all built around FUN and in a non- competitive environment. No previous gymnastics training is required.

Kreat ive Kids: Dec. 18- 22nd & Jan. 2- 5 Ages 18 mon. - 3 yrs & 3 - 6 yrs. Come enjoy fun activities that will keep your children entertained and at play all day! Our daily calendar promotes development in the following areas: language, cognitive, physical, creative art, and social emotional. Each day will include educational themed activities to celebrate the holidays.

eSport s: Dec. 18- 22nd - Ages 7- 14 yrs Join us for our eSports camp. eSports is a great way to improve your child's communication skills and increase group collaboration. Playing games in a competitive environment requires strategy from all players, and preparing counter strategies will help develop the thought process behind problem solving.

Soccer: Dec. 18- 22nd - Ages 5- 12 yrs Over the course of the week, your athlete will get instructional support on the fundamentals of soccer. Players will be divided based on age and ability to ensure your player is getting the most.

Basket ball: Dec. 26- 29t h - Ages 5- 12 yrs Over the course of the week, your top shot will get instructional support on the fundamentals of ball handling, offense, defense and shooting. Players will be divided based on age and ability to ensure your player is getting the most.

Fire Dragon Karat e Ages 4+ A Korean martial art that teaches empty hand- and- foot fighting, fighting forms, self- defense and weapons. The true goal of this martial art is to use the lessons you learn in the studio to enrich every part of your life.

Rookie League Ages 3- 5 yrs Leagues are structured to allow for both practice and game experiences in the same day. Participants will learn new skills for 25 minutes and put those skills in action for a short 25- 30 minute game after the practice session. All players will receive a YMCA reversible- style jersey and will be assigned a different color each week. All players will receive a participation medal.

Yout h Fit ness Teens N Training (TNT) Ages 9- 13 yrs Held in the fitness center, this weight training and cardio program for teens will provide participants with a complete equipment orientation and a personalized workout while teaching them about cardio- weight room etiquette, appropriate exercise attire and proper exercise form/technique. Upon completion, each participant will receive a certificate allowing full use of the fitness center with a supervising adult. Not e: Addit ional Fees Apply.

Yout h Sport s Programs Preschool Int ro t o Sport s Ages 3- 4 yrs This 6- week class is designed for introducing different sports to young players. Participants will learn the basics of these sports: Soccer, Basketball and T- Ball.

Rookie Plus League Grades 1st- 2nd (ages 6- 7) Rookie Plus players will receive a uniform package different for each sport. The season will practice 1 hour per week, with a game on Friday or Saturday (based on the sport). This league will consist of 6 games. Scores and standings will be kept. Plus League Grades 3rd- 8th (ages 8- 14) Rookie Plus players will receive a uniform package different for each sport. The season will consist of 7 to 8 practices, 6 games, and a guaranteed 1- game end of season tournament for each age group. Scores and standings will be kept. Our rules have been adjusted to ensure better parity and limit the ability of a team to "run up the score." Players will be ensured to play half of each game. All players will receive a participation medal. Ages 4 yrs + Our gymnastics program is designed to teach gymnastics to kids of all ages. This sport builds confidence, improves self- esteem, strength, flexibility, agility and coordination. Our athletes use these skills to advance to our higher- level classes, or as the foundation for all other sports. Participants go through a progression of learning and qualifying skills before an advanced technique is performed. Classes continue throughout the entire year with holiday breaks. *Registration is accepted throughout the year if space is available. Six- Week Opt ions Ages 18 mos - 6 yrs Wiggle and Giggles, Tiny Tots (Parent/Child class), Flippin' for Fun, Developmental, and Beginner/Intermediate Tumbling. Superhero Training Ages 5- 13 yrs This 6- week class fills up faster than a speeding bullet, so if your little superhero wants to learn to leap tall buildings in a single bound, you better fast. All Superhero trainings will take place in the gymnastics facility.

Grade: 3 years old - 8t h grade (Ages 3- 14) Join us at the YMCA for a fun- filled winter sports season! Your child will have the opportunity to participate in soccer, basketball and volleyball, and they will gain valuable skills, cultivate friendships, and experience the joy of having fun. Group & Privat e Swim Lessons More people learn to swim at the Y than any other place in America. We'll make your family members better swimmers and better people by encouraging healthy spirit, mind and body for all. We offer both group and private lessons for all ages. Junior Waves Ages 5- 13 yrs This class is designed for those youth looking to join an aquatics club or swim team but require additional training. Weekly evaluations are held and upon registration you will meet twice weekly. Classes include age- appropriate swim training, stroke mechanics, endurance training, and goal setting.

Cert if icat ions Swim Inst ruct or Training Gain the knowledge and apply the skills necessary to become a certified instructor during our Swim Instructor Training classes. Participants must be 16 years of age by the last day of class, have their certifications in CPR Pro, First Aid, AED & Oxygen Administration current. Additionally, be proficient in four strokes, tread water for two minutes, perform six synchronized swimming skills and a standing dive off the pool deck. Lif eguard Cert if icat ion Ages 15 yrs+ Become a lifeguard at the Y and learn the necessary skills to save a life. Our four- day life guarding classes will teach you rescue skills, CPR/AED for adult, child and infant, and basic first aid skills. Applicants must be a minimum 16 years old by the last day of the attended class. Upon successful completion, participants will be certified in: YMCA Lifeguard/CPR &AED for the Professional Rescuer/Basic First Aid 12

Swim Programs Warm Wat er Therapy Open Swim Utilizing the Y's warm water therapy pool, this program has great benefits for people with arthritis, joint issues, or other ailments that sometimes prevent regular exercise. If you are unable to attend other water fitness classes, this open swim provides you with a new option for your fitness. Limited equipment will be provided and a lifeguard will be on duty during your time in the water. Mast er Swim Ages 18 yrs+ Designed for those just starting to swim for fitness or those competing at the highest levels in swimming events or triathlons. This year- round programs will provide expertly designed training programs and stroke mechanics instruction while helping individuals set goals to meet their personal training needs. Each workout will be modified for ability level. Homeschool Hurricanes Ages 5 - 18 yrs The Twin Lakes Family YMCA Homeschool Swim Program offers children a fun and safe way to improve physical and mental well- being throughout swimming. This team practices year- round with options to be a USA Swim Team member or options for health and wellness.

Exclusive Pool Rent als Looking for a cool place to hold a group event? Well, how about a pool party at the Y? That's right, our pool venue can host a wide variety of events from birthday parties to family reunions, neighborhood socials, and more. We can provide the perfect venue specifically for your group. Indoor pool rentals are available on Saturday and Sunday evenings from 5:30- 7:30pm, or 5:30- 8:30pm. Not e: Parties are only available when organized by the Y. Facilit y Rent als Host your next event at the Y! Facility rentals are available for meeting, corporate team building, company picnics, non- alcoholic parties, private pool parties, and other activities that require indoor and/or outdoor space.
