There was a Y Sport Stacking Competition held at YMCA HQ on 19 June 2018. We would like to applaud the girls who participated in the competition for putting in their utmost effort. We are proud to announce that:
In term 1, we had the Y Sport Stacking as one of our enrichment programmes to prepare for the competition held at YMCA HQ on 19 June 2018. In this year’s Y Junior Entrepreneurship Programme, YMCA @ St Margaret’s Student Care Centre participated along with all the YMCA Student Care Centres in a partnership with Punggol Park YEC to hold the Sengkang South Little Entrepreneurs & KI-BIES Carnival 2018 at the Common Green Park @ Fernvale. Our students, led by their respective mentors, all joined hands and helped in creating props, costumes and back-drop for the photo booth that we were assigned to design for the very first time. Although the team had faced plenty of setbacks while designing the photo booth, both mentors and students did not give up and encouraged one another until the project was completed. We also want to take this chance to thank our parents who supported us behind this project.
