A premium casual restaurant that serves traditional Scandinavian cuisine with Viking reminiscence concept interior design, adopt with Covid-19 prevention and advanced technology. The Norse can occupy with 118 pax dine-in customers for maximum at once.

Brick studio is located at Technology Park, 6, Jalan PJU 3/45, Sunway Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Established since 7th Jan 2020 with a 3,760 sqft area, Brick Studio is available for maximum 430 guests at once. Originally function as an event space for weddings, photography shooting, and private parties. Brick studio by Metal Bees

Norse belonging or relating to the people, language and culture of Scandinavia in the past, especially the Vikings. North symbol represents Vikings are from the North of the world. Scan the QR code will direct to The Norse's E-menu. QR code holder will be placed at every table for guests to scan, in order to reduce physical contact.

DESIGN CONCEPT

IDEAS DEVELOPMENT

Scandinavian cuisine was influenced by Viking traditions over thousands of years. Vikings were the seafaring Norse people from southern Scandinavia. The main focus design concept is the Viking ship, which represent the spirits of the Vikings. A concept of movie night will be bring out through a projector, to present the Viking's reminiscence to the guests. The use of soft curvy flow is to represent the moving clouds and to add lively and bustling atmosphere to the restaurant.

Expressing the lifestyle and spirits of Vikings the Northmen, in a fine dining restaurant interior space through the application of raw materials namely wood and stone, Viking's identity weapon and animals-related decors, while conveying the purity, freshness, simplicity of Scandinavian cuisine to the restaurant guests.
