We have developed a series of diagrams and icons to represent key concepts relevant to our business. Several of these can be seen on our website as well as in publications such as our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. We encourage the use of these diagrams and icons to align with our brand image.

VIDEO
Where possible, we aim to bring our business and operations to life by using video content. Video footage engages the viewer and can share what goes on behind the scenes and below ground, thereby supporting our Core Value of Transparency. We are continually trying to expand our video library.
LANGUAGE/TONE
When creating communication content, the tone should be professional and business like. Even for internal communications we should be maintain a business tone.
Wherever possible we aim to link our business successes and operations with the benefits of the audience (shareholders, employees, communities, etc.) Many audiences do not understand our business, so applying a tone of transparency and optimism is important to present us as an industry leader.
