Thermal Sake Cooler HIMURO was conceived from the voices of sake lovers, wishing to keep the bottle perfectly chilled without getting wet. Combining the heat-retaining properties of wood and the thermal
conductivity of metal, HIMURO blends these contrasting materials into an innovative cooler created with traditional Japanese craftsmanship. Inspired by the wisdom of our ancestors who kept ice in himuro, the ice room, long after winter, enjoy a long and delicious experience of sake with HIMURO.

日本酒のボトルを濡らさずに飲み頃の温度を長く保ちたい。 そんな思いから“サーマルサケクーラーヒムロ”は生まれました。 外側は職人の手わざが生きた美しい木桶。内側は熱伝導の良いアルミ鋳物。二重 底に氷を入れれば、氷や水に直接触れずにボトルを優しく冷やします。保温性 に優れた木桶でぴったりと包むことで内部の冷たさを長くキープ。水に濡れる と剥がれがちな日本酒のラベルも美しいまま最後までお楽しみいただけます。 木桶職人と鋳物職人の技が光る和のボトルクーラーです。 Wishing to keep a bottle of sake perfectly chilled for a long time without getting wet. The "Thermal Sake Cooler Himuro" was born from this vision. Exterior is a beautiful wooden tub shaped by the handiwork of craftsmen. Interior is made of cast aluminum with good thermal conductivity. By placing ice in the double bottom, bottles are gently cooled without direct contact with ice or water. Wrapped snugly in a wooden tub with excellent heat retaining properties, it keeps the inside chilled for a long time. Sake labels, which easily peel off when wet, will remain beautiful to the finish. 2. 内 側 の 段 差 に付 属 の 金属リングを置きます。
3. あ らかじ め 冷 やして おいたボトルを差し込み、 食卓でご使用下さい。
Place the metal ring on the step bottom.
