Golden Boot Soccer Academy (GBSA) is a soccer program designed for both boys and girls of the ages of 4–8 years old which are made up of class sizes of 8–13 kids and lead by a GBSA accredited coach who has gone through all the various checks including working with children and police checks to ensure your child’s safety is never jeopardised. Classes run for an hour which consist of warm ups, ball work including teaching kids to pass and stop the ball with every part of the foot, dribbling through various agility poles and cones, dribbling and running over various hurdles to ensure we enhance their hand eye co-ordination and then lastly finish the session with some shots in goals and then concluding with a 15 minute game where everyone scores and is a winner – there’s not one winner at 16

Kids Corner
marbled easter eggs This is a fun and creative Easter tradition that can be enjoyed by the whole family!
What you’ll need Eggs (however many you want to decorate) For each different colour you will need: 3 cups of warm water 2 tablespoons vinegar 10 drops of food colouring 1 tablespoon oil
How to make them 1. Hard boil your eggs. In shallow bowls, mix together three cups of warm water, two tablespoons of vinegar and ten drops of food colouring. Whisk the ingredients together well. 2. Submerge your eggs and leave them in the mixture until they reach the desired colour. It is better to have a lighter colour as the base colour so the second layer of colour will take well on your eggs. Dry your eggs with paper towel. 3. Repeat the process with the rest of your eggs. Allow them to dry. 4. To the dye that you have already prepared, add one tablespoon of olive oil, then run a fork through the oil to create the solution to roll your eggs. As the oil swirls, roll your egg once through a contrasting colour. Blot gently with paper towel. If you like you can repeat this process to add a third colour to your eggs.
Tips/Suggestions Ask an adult to help you with this activity (especially to hard boil the eggs). Try decorating your eggs in other ways – stickers, ribbons, beads, glitter, feathers, etc. Try turning your marbled Easter eggs into fun characters such as – bunnies, ducks, elephants, pigs or your favourite cartoon character.

A free active and educational hour of fun. Featuring - pre school gym, story time, art/craft activities Time - 10.00-11.00am Thursdays Dates - February 28th , March 7th,14th, and 21st Stepping Stones is a play based program designed for 3 to 5 year olds. Younger siblings are welcome to join in the fun. Everyone is welcome!
