Chicken and Broccoli: Chicken, Broccoli, Onions, Ginger Powder, Garlic Powder, low sodium soy or substitute for low sodium non fat tiriyaki sauce sauce and water: Put Chicken, vegetables and half cup of water in a non-stick frying pan with a small lip, or a wok. Cook for 6 minutes , add spices and soy sauce cook for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile boil brown rice until “al dente” or mostly cooked but still with a bit of crunch. Try and keep soy sauce input low unless you can find one with a very low (below 300mg/Tbls) and add more water and whole wheat flour if you want more sauce.
