Louise won a £25 Intu Shopping voucher in July just for completing an online survey on our Mutual Exchange service. Her feedback helped inform us of what we needed to do to help customers get swapped more easily. She spent her voucher on clothes for her kids for her family’s summer holiday. Well done Louise! In July Chris won an Intu Shopping voucher for inviting his Facebook friends to become members of our new Facebook group YHN ChitChat. Chris increased our membership by a staggering 97 people to claim his prize. Well done Chris! In May we gave away 120 tickets to customers picked at random for simply completing a survey on our Repairs and Maintenance Service to the Magic Weekend rugby event hosted at St James Park. We hope you all had a great time! In March YHN’s tenant Energy Champions group met Mr Ball. They referred him to Newcastle City Council’s Energy who discovered that his home had an old dial electric meter which had been read incorrectly. As a result he had been wrongly billed for an extra 10,000 units of electricity. After speaking to his electricity supplier about this the bill and the error in the reading Mr Ball got an astonishing refund of over £2,700! On 4th October we held 2 customer service events at St James Park where customers got to give us some feedback on YHN’s customer experience and meet our new Managing Director Tina Drury and ask her a question. Everyone who came along to the event was entered into a free prize draw to win a tablet. Huge congratulations to Alan from Kenton who was picked at random as our lucky winner!!!
