James’ won a £25 Intu Shopping voucher in January just for completing a survey on our Ostara service, which is our 24hr response support service dedicated to helping people live independently in their homes. Fiona won £20 Intu shopping vouchers in January for completing our digital survey which informed us about how customer’s get online, what they use the internet for and what computer equipment they use. Well done Fiona! In February Alan won a £20 Intu shopping voucher for completing tasks as part of our digital project. Well done Alan! In February, Stephen was picked out a winner from our prize draw for completing an online survey on universal credit. The survey feedback is helping us look at what information we produce and in what format we produce it on key benefit changes that massively affect our customers.
13 customers came along to a focus group in February on universal credit to let us know what they thought of the reading material and the information we put on our website about benefit change. Each customer who came along received a £20 Intu Shopping voucher. In March, Chelsea won a £20 Intu shopping voucher for taking part in a survey on safeguarding adults and telling us what she thought Newcastle Safeguarding Adults Board should prioritise in protecting vulnerable adults.
