You told us… That the bidding process could be more straightforward and more informative so that people know exactly what they are bidding on and where they are bidding for a property.
What we are doing with this feedback… We are using this feedback to look at how we can improve our bidding process and how we can better record reasons for refusals so this information is more valuable and useful as part of a bigger piece of work on how we can better market our homes.
Your neighbourhood We asked… As part of the Great British Spring Clean litter pick events in Feb and March we talked to our resident volunteers about what they thought of where they lived.
You told us… Environmental issues are a concern within neighbourhoods with fly tipping becoming more prominent and a problem.
What we are doing with this feedback… We are feeding this into a bigger piece of work planned for later this year which will take in more views about how people feel about their neighbourhood and how they feel about YHN.
