COMP R E H E N S I VE • WHAT IT IS PLCs reduce teachers’ feelings of isolation and strengthen their commitment by connecting them to meaningful resources and to each other. Through in-school training and remote coaching, YUSP will empower and train selected teachers to serve as PLC leaders. YUSP will meet with your school’s leadership team to set and revisit goals. We will serve as partners to plan communication to the full faculty and broader school community about implementation and progress. Mid- and end-of-year workshops will deepen the learning through cross-PLC sharing. • COST $4,900
