INTRODUCTION OF SENTUL MASTERPLAN FRAMEWORK By year 2020, Malaysia is expected to made up of 50% of urban population which means half of the country’s population will be residing in urban areas in comparison to rural areas. This is the first time in history such a scenario occurs. In conjunction to the rise of urban population rate, Kuala Lumpur’s population is expected to increase by 30% by 2050. With such high record of migration into the city and rapid urbanization, the government are striving to improve their citizen’s quality of life. Early 21st century efforts i nclude several i nitiative executed b y the Malaysian government in t he e fforts o f refining the city f or its p eople. Initiatives such as Greater KL, MRT project, KL River of Life along with the introduction of the GBI building rating system has been a collective effort in making Kuala Lumpur more sustainable. This set o f initiatives o r tools is vital in order for our city to sustain and remain relevant over the course of 100 years, for better or for worse Ark 773/ advanced design 1/ sept 2013-jan 2013

PROJECT ABSTRACT
The proposed master plan setting is located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, s pecifically i n the northern boundary of K uala L umpur’s city centre. The site i s situated i nside Sentul-Manjelara district, one o f the 6 districts included in the Federal Territory. It is also one of the largest district with an area of 46.098 km². With reference to the KL Structure Plan 2020, Sentul-Manjelara is the 2nd most populated district in Kuala Lumpur with a total p opulation of 4 45, 025 people and the recorded d ensity o f 9,645 person/sqm. The a ctual s etting i s located i n the s outhern region o f Sentul-Manjelara d istrict, d irectly o n the City C entre boundary which possess a direct gateway into the city centre. The proposed setting has been identified and it posess a total area of 8.872 km² and a density rate of 35 person/sqm. A handful of prominent landmarks or n odes are located within the p erimeter of the p roposed masterplan s etting, Some possess h istorical value, while s ome may possess c ultural or c ommercial value. Landmarks i nclude KLPac, I stana Budaya, Sentul East and Sentul West development. Hence the masterplan need to consist of various high rise building which achieve the masterplan vision and objective. All the high rise units need to integrate and perpendicular with the clients perspective. The high rise building have to benefit both clients and public within the area besides providing potential demand for Malaysia in terms of society and economic facets.

The increasing heat emission of modern cpus and graphics cards has gone beyond the capability of most manufacturers to design powerful enough yet quiet coolers. An increasing noise level was the result, which had a negative impact o n productivity. A quiet computer i s the basis for pleasant working conditions. Arctic initiated the trend towards quiet cooling systems for desktop pcs in 2001 and has given distinction to it ever since. Today arctic is one of the leading manufacturers i n computer cooling and has acquired p rofound knowhow in consumer electronics. U p until 2009, arctic cooling focused solely on cooling solutions. In 2010, we became arctic w ith t he a dditional aim to p rovide a comprehensive set o f innovative consumer e lectronics a nd p eripherals. A rctic's l ong t erm goal is nothing less than being present in everybody's home. Our philosophy is still the same since t he v ery beginning - o ffering consumers value-for-money, innovations at affordable prices.
Main arctic cooling product is cooling basis which are the cpu cooler, case fun, graphic card cooler, and thermal compound. Our coolers have pushed the limits further every year - and all that at dropping noise levels. We have put our utmost effort into innovative technologies and fair prices, what made us well known for products with a n unparalleled price/performance ratio. We p rovide y ou headroom for over-clocking and guarantee you lowest noise levels at affordable prices

TUBE STRUCTURE This exterior framing is designed sufficiently strong to resist all lateral loads on the building, thereby allowing the interior of the building to be simply framed for gravity loads. Interior columns are comparatively few and located at the core. The distance between t he exterior and t he c ore frames i s spanned w ith b eams or t russes and intentionally left column-free. This maximizes the effectiveness of the perimeter tube by transferring some of the gravity loads within the structure to it and increases its ability to resist overturning due to lateral loads. As the height of a building increase, it becomes necessary to supplement a rigid frame with additional bracing mechanisms, such as a rigid core or diagonal bracing.
