Motivação Em um mundo cada vez mais conflagrado por guerras, individualismo e intolerância, onde valores como fraternidade e amor são cada vez mais tidos como ultrapassados, acreditamos que a comunicação e o cinema devam ser utilizados para conferir a existência social de todos os povos, dar-lhes voz e imagem. Uma nova comunicação para a paz deve pretender a transformação de seres e de mundos e estar comprometida com conteúdos voltados para que as pessoas se transformem juntas e para melhor. Pela América Latina e pelo Mundo Árabe, encontramos traços de nossa ancestralidade em estátuas
gigantes de rocha, pirâmides, em inocentes jogos infantis espalhados pelo mundo todo, nos movimentos das marionetes e em misteriosas línguas sem registro escrito. E com isso, descobrimos que a vida pode ser grandiosa em espaços menores e se queremos expressão universal, devemos consumir de nossas aldeias. Nunca foi tão importante o diálogo entre todas as culturas, do Oriente e do Ocidente, para crescer a esperança em tempos de desencanto e para dizer que não pode haver outro fim para o mundo que o de se transformar em um grande jardim.
Motivation In a world fired by wars, individualism and destruction, where fraternity and love are considered outdated, we believe that communication and cinema should be used to grant the existence of all people, giving them voice and image. The new peace communication should be involved with matters that make people change together and change for the better. Throughout Latin America, we find our ancestry’s traits in giant rock statues, in naïve children’s games spread all over the world, in the
muppets’ movements and in mysterious languages without writing register. In that way we find out that life can be sublime in tiny spaces and if we want an universal expression we should take it from our villages. Never before the dialogue between oriental and occidental cultures was so important to make hope grow in a time of disenchantment and to say that can not be no other end to the world but its transformation in a huge yard.
Sinopse Mostre seu Mundo é uma série de documentários de educação para a paz que privilegia o diálogo intercultural para promover a tolerância e a fraternidade entre os povos do mundo. Crianças e jovens, de 8 a 12 anos, sem terra brasileiras, rapa nui da Ilha da Páscoa, mapuches chilenos, yanomamis da floresta amazônica brasileira, cubanas de Sierra Maestra, outras que vivem internações prolongadas em hospitais em grandes centros urbanos, zapatistas mexicanas e as que vivem próximas de campos minados na Colômbia, comunicam-se por meio de videocartas com crianças árabes beduínas do Qatar, de projetos de teatro social de Jenin (Palestina), do teatro de bonecos
do Líbano, de famílias do circo do Egito. Elas mostram suas casas, brinquedos e jogos; falam de sua cultura, contam histórias infantis e revelam sua visão de mundo e sua noção de terra e território de acordo com sua experiência. Todas elas vivem uma situação de deslocamento, de movimento ou nomadismo, em que precisam reformular suas noções de casa e território. Parte delas, são obrigadas a se mudar por causa da violência. Outra parte escolheu o nomadismo por causa das artes antigas. A série quer mostrar que cada uma, à sua maneira, encontrou a felicidade e que existem muitos mundos dentro do mundo.
Synopsis Show Me Your World is a documentary series of peace education which privileges the intercultural dialogue in order to promote tolerance and fraternity among the people in the world. Children and juvelines, between the ages of 8 and 12, such as landless Brazilian children, the Rapa Nui children from Easter Island, the Mapuche children in Chile, the Yanomami children from the Brazilian Rain Forest, Cuban children from Sierra Maestra, children living in hospitals in big cities, the Mexican Zapatista children, and those living close to minefields in Colombia, exchange videoletters with the Qatari bedouin children, children born into Egyptian circus families,
children born into puppetry families of Lebanon and from social theatre projects in Jenin (Palestine). They show their homes, toys and games; they talk about their culture and tell stories, revealing how they see the world and their notion of land according to their experience. All of them are always on the move, living as nomads, where they need to restructure their notion of home and land. Some of them are forced to move because of violence. Others chose to live as nomads because of their ancient arts. The series intends to show that each of the children has found happiness their own way, and that there are many worlds within the world.
Proposta Narrativa A série possui 12 documentários de 26 minutos de duração e é inspirada no Projeto de Videocartas da emissora cubana, TV Serrana. Misturando desenhos animados, música, meio-ambiente e os relatos pessoais das crianças, os episódios conduzirão o espectador a uma viagem lúdica pela diversidade cultural da América Latina e do Mundo Árabe. Sempre com uma linguagem lúdica e bem humorada, esse diálogo será construído a partir das coisas mais simples da vida da criança: a casa, o quintal, os brinquedos, a escola, a rua, as histórias, os jogos, os costumes do povo, a aldeia e a janela. O que cada uma enxerga de sua janela e o seu significado. A partir dessa narrativa, aparentemente simples, buscaremos a construção de um sentido que revele a visão das crianças sobre conceitos de terra, território, sentido de pertencimento, paz e felicidade. A câmera deverá ser livre e íntima, não invasiva, para afastar a timidez e favorecer a aproximação com a criança. Nas interferências, todos os fatores devem colaborar para
ultrapassar o limite da entrevista e chegar a uma narrativa espontânea e natural, onde a criança se sinta à vontade para ser ela mesma. Nossas referências estéticas são os principais elementos que sobressaem dos universos de cada grupo social escolhido. Símbolos das culturas originárias, personagens das narrativas tradicionais, o meio-ambiente, a música regional e a imaginação da criança serão as principais fontes de linguagem. E além destas, indicações da preferência das crianças, podendo ser uma cor, uma forma, um sonho ou um lugar. Além desse imaginário e da narrativa oral, teremos a expressão do olhar das crianças através de cenas feitas por elas mesmas com uma câmera de vídeo. A diversidade do meio-ambiente, os raios de sol, o poente e o nascente, o movimento das florestas e dos rios, animais diferentes, flores, os ambientes pessoais como o quarto, os brinquedos, a encenação dos jogos, a interferência de desenhos animados irão compor uma paisagem lúdica de cor, movimento e música.
Narrative Proposal The documentary series of 12 twenty six-minute episodes is inspired by the Videoletters' Project produced by the cuban community TV, Televisión Serrana. By mixing cartoons, music, the environment and the children’s personal accounts, the documentaries will take the audience on a playful journey through Latin America’s cultural diversity. This dialogue will be build, in a playful language, from the most plain things in a child’s life: the house, the backyard, the toys, the school, the street, the games, the habits, the village and the window. What each one can see from his window and its meaning. Starting from this narrative, apparently common, we will try to build a meaning which can express the children’s view about land, territory, where they belong to, peace and happiness. The camera will be free and close, but will not invade the child’s privacy, so as to repel shyness and favor a better approach with the him. All the elements should contribute to exceed the limits of the
interview and reach a spontaneous and natural narrative, where the child can feel at ease to show who really he is. Our esthetic references are the main components which come out of each chosen social group universe. Original culture symbols, characters of the traditional narrative, the environment, the regional music and the child imagination will be the main language sources. Besides them, signs of the children’s preferences will be used, which can be a color, a form, a dream or a place. Besides this imaginary and the oral narrative, we will show the children’s expressions through scenes made by themselves with a camera. The environment diversity, the sun rays, the sunrise, the sunset, the forest and rivers’ movements, the different animals, flowers, the personal surrounding such as the bedroom, the toys, the games and the interference of animation will arrange a childish scenery of color, movement and music.

It has won 33 different prizes for its shortfilms and 3 more for the feature documentary "Just Shoot Me" at FidMarseille 2011 (Prix Marseille Espèrance), at the International Signes du Nuit Film Festival (Prix Sign) in France, and the "Câmaras de la
Diversidad" Prize granted by UNESCO and the New Latin American Cinema Foundation (FNCL). The film was also officially selected at Viennale 2011 (Austria). The French National Centre for Cinema (CNC - Cultural Ministry) purchased its exhibition rights for 10 years. Its second feature film, "Performance" is coming soon.

Cláudia Nunes Formada em Jornalismo pela UFG, Claudia Nunes desenvolveu um forte interesse por abordagens e linguagens audiovisuais diferentes. Seu primeiro curta, O Dono da Pena, ganhou prêmio de melhor direção na Mostra ABD Goiás 2006 e no Festival DCine de Curitiba 2007; Melhor Ficção no FAM 2006 e Melhor Curta no 6º Goiânia Mostra Curtas. O doc Rapsódia do Absurdo foi exibido em 30 países e conquistou 19 prêmios nacionais e internacionais. Número Zero recebeu o Grand Prize no Ismailia Film Festival 2010 no Egito e outros 7 prêmios em festivais nacionais. Foi selecionado como um dos
melhores curtas brasileiros dos últimos 5 anos pelo Festival Internacional de Curtas de Uppsala (Suécia) em Mostra Retrospectiva 2015 A versão de 67 minutos, Apenas Me Filme, conquistou o Prix Marseille Espèrance no FidMarseille 2011, o Prix Sign no Festival Internacional Signes du Nuit, na França, e o Prêmio Câmaras da Diversidade da UNESCO e a Fundação do Novo Cinema Latino Americano (FNCL). As a journalist, Claudia Nunes worked for many television and radio channels until her interest for different audiovisuals languages increased, so she began to write and direct independent films. The Owner of the Quill, her first shortfilm, was awarded two prizes for Best Direction at the “Mostra ABD Goiás 2006” and at the “Festival DCine de Curitiba 2007. Also was awarded Best Fiction at “FAM 2006” and Best Short at the “6º Goiânia Mostra Curtas”. The doc Rhapsody of the Absurd was exhibited in 30 countries and is a award winner of 19 international and national prizes. Number Zero earned the Grand Prize at the
Ismailia Film Festival 2010 in Egypt, 7 national prizes and has been selected as one of the best brazilian shortfilms from the last 5 years by the International Shortfilm Festival of Uppsala (Sweden). The long version, Just Shoot Me, received the Prix Marseille Espèrance at FidMarseille 2011, the Prix Sign at the International Signes du Nuit Film Festival (France), the "Câmaras de la Diversidad" Prize granted by UNESCO and the New Latin American Cinema Foundation (FNCL) and was also officially selected at Viennale 2011 (Austria). Érico Rassi O cineasta Erico Rassi lançou seu primeiro curta metragem “Joãzinho Deve Morrer” em 2001, tendo recebido diversos prêmios em festivais nacionais de cinema. Em 2004, o curta “Sexo com Objetos Inanimados” foi um dos filmes mais premiados naquele ano no país. Em 2005, filmou “Musculatura”, e em 2007, escreveu e dirigiu “Um pra Um”, ganhador de mais de dez prêmios em festivais nacionais e selecionado
para mostras competitivas na Suíça, Espanha e Cuba. Em 2009, foi premiado no Festival de Paulínia como Melhor Direção e Roteiro pelo filme Milímetros. Em 2010 lançou “Curta de Adeus” e “Pornô”, produzidos em 16mm. Seu primeiro longa metragem "Desempenho", que tem o aclamado ator brasileiro Nelson Xavier no papel principal, está em fase de finalização.
The filmmaker Erico Rassi released his first short film "Johnny Must Die" in 2001, which was awarded in several national film festivals. In 2004, the short film "Sex with Inanimate Objects," was one of the most awarded films in the country that year.
