The windfoil board Sun7 for Zeeko is the result of this collaboration. After months of reseach and development with our team, we are glad to introduce you the ultimate board for freeride windfoil. features - Windfoil board designed for freeride - Full sandwich construction made of PVC and glass fiber - Tuttle fin compatible for a classic windsurf use - Dimensions : 215cm x 78cm - Volume : 120 liters - Weight : 8.7Kg (+/- 10%) Design The Sun7 windfoil for ZEEKO is a board with a specific shape and construction, made without concession to practice windfoil. Its contained height of 215cm limits foil inertia, and improves wind resistance and upwind ability. The width of 78cm with 120 liters of volume allows the rider untill 90kgs to lift the sail up with uphaul in every circumstances without losing floating. The board adopts a rail shape and a hull allowing fast planning, foil take-off and maximum comfort when the board touches surface and limits lose of balance. Straps position has been especially studied for maximum foil control in every cicumstances. Even if this board is designed for windfoil, it can be used with a tuttle fin for a cruizing/freeride windsurf practice. sun7 windfoil for zeeko: accessibility, performance and freeride Our bill of specification has been written in a way to build a fun product, to practice freeride windfoil without compromises of performance and satisfy beginners as well as experienced windsurfers. Coupled with Zeeko alloy windfoil, beginners will be able to learn windfoil gradually with an easy and progressive board. Experienced riders will be able to ride in list position and improve their maneuvers with a playful and forgiving board.
Construction Full sandwich structure In order to obtain the best weight/performance/price ration, the board is made 100% sandwich/PVC/glass fiber. US box are reinforced specifically for windfoil. decompression screw Decompression screw use a membrane valve technology that regulates pressure autonomously. Therefore, there is no need to touch this screw, with the risk to damage the membrane. plate connector system and us rails box The connector between foil and board is one of the most important part. Through this piece, the whole forces and information are transmitted to the rider. Therefore, this connector must be as stiff as possible, in a way to offer maximum feel of the foil. That is why Zeeko chose a plate system to connect the foil, which offers the most rigid connexion compared to other connectors on the market. Moreover, board connector spreads forces across all the surface, insuring better sturdiness and longevity for the us rails box. US rails allows you to set the windfoil position up or downward, to adapt its performance according to wind condition. In this way, we place hydrofoil backward for maximum control in strong wind, and upward for a better start to planning in light wind. Finally, plate system and US rails allow to mount and unmount the foil without removing the screws from the board, nor turning the board over to attach the foil. In this way, manipulating your gear is way more fast and practical.

shape Hull Board has been developped for a fast planning start and maximum control during surface contacts. A specific work has been made under the board’s hull: - Double concave on the front hull for a maximum control - The hull becomes flat on its back to improve start to planning

Scoop Board’s scoop is made in two parts: - A very tight back section for a fast start to planning. - The front section has a pronounced spatule for an ideal control when the bord touches the surface.
Rails’ board shape
Inverted rails Once you’ve learned to fly with your Sun7 Windfoil for Zeeko, you will begin to foil in list position. This position allows maximum control and a better upwind ability. In this position, rails are parallel to the surface. It is the closest part of the board from the surface, and the one that touches surface first in case of lapping or lose of balance. While classic rails make the board losing its speed during surface contacts, inverted rails make the board bouncing against the surface and not losing its speed, allowing the rider to keep maximum control.

windfoil sun7 for zeeko condition of use and maintenance condition of use and caution Do not ride windfoil in an area where the water depth is less than 150cm. Make sure no bather is in your riding area. For your safety, always wear a helmet, an impact vest, a wetsuit that covers entierly your legs and some neopren shoes. Start windfoil with footstraps, but without using harness. Waterstart is extremely dangerous. Use the uphaul to lift up the sail.
windfoil sun7 for zeeko maintenance Do not let your board exposed to sunlight or in a very warm place for an extended period of time. Do not touch the decompression screw. It insures waterproofness and good pressure autonomously.s Store your board in a dry and cool place, protected from sunlight and high temperature changes. Rince your board with clean and freswater, and dry it before storing.
