Pedestrians tend to walk in fast pace to avoid irritating bird dropping. Finance Institutional building (banks) surrounded the street open spaces.
The beginning strip of the street is exposed and without seatings.

Johor BahruSocial Infrastructure City Lobby (JBCL Building) The city lobby incorporated nature, light, rain and wind to improve building performance efficiency through passive design strategies, like the passive cooling features, daylighting optimizations and aesthetic rain protection. A place to accommodate and encourage people interaction, with a balance healthy environment can be playful and functional at once, here introducing a new nodes for gathering with a wonderful sense of belonging, as a part of the social commentaries.
