PERSONAS • Joanne Cruz A 19-year-old SU junior who just moved to an apartment on Remington Avenue, hates waiting outside for the bus to go to school but owns no cars. She downloaded Hey!, because one of her friends recommend it, and looked up for a ride offer in the Transportation Menu that is offered by students who live nearby and plan to drive to school.

• Bryan Robbins A 21-year-old SU graduate student who has been living in Remington Avenue for a year, loves cooking and making friends. He downloaded Hey! because he once saw an ad. in a school career fair. Bryan wanted to cook something nice today and would like to share with others, so he post a dinner share offer under the Dining Menu and began cooking. Few minutes later, he checked his cell phone and saw 5 students are coming.

• Christina Barton A 20-year-old SU senior who is also a writer in xxxx magazine, wrote a story about a nice restaurant that she just discovered in Syracuse. She emailed her story to Hey! and got picked as the hero story for the week under the Discover the Community Menu.
