Instructions Put peeled tomatoes, red bell pepper, garlic into a high-powered blender until smooth. Add lemon juice, chopped basil and chilli pepper. Add peeled finely chopped cucumber and avocado. Stir it well. Chill for a couple of hours. 9

Ingredients

1. 3 beets 2. 3-4 bay leaves 3. 2 carrots 4. 2 stalks celery 5. 1/2 cabbage 6. 2 tablespoons

apple vinegar 7. 1 tablespoon honey 8. 2-3 cm ginger

olive oil 11. Salt to taste 12. Bunch parsley

Instructions Mix the following ingredients in mixer: 2 cups of water, 3 beets and the ginger root (cut), 3-4 big garlic cloves, 3-4 bay leaves. Pour the mixture in a big bowl. Mix in the blender the following ingredients (approximately 30 seconds): 2 cups of water 2 carrots 2 stalks celery 2 tablespoons apple vinegar 1 tablespoon honey Olive oil

Sea salt to taste. Add 1/2 cup of shelled walnuts and quickly mix (walnuts crushed but not grinded). Pour the mix into the same bowl and mix it. Cut or grate: 1/2 cabbage 1-2 carrots Bunch parsley. Add this to the bowl and mix it. 12
