Ingredients 0, 5 dates 5 glass dried 0,cherry or raisins quarter glass Acarob 1 glass walnut tablespoons 3honey or other sweetener

Cut the ingredients with a knife or use for this purpose a food processor. Mix everything and put in a special form. Leave in a freezer for an hour. Cut into slices and serve with tea. Store in a refrigerator. COOK TIME: 5 min TOTAL TIME: 1 hour NEED: blender MAKES: 4-5 servings /8

with macadamia nuts and dates

Ingredients glasses 1 teaspoon salt 4macadamia  nuts A quarter vanilla  glasses dates extract 2without stones orange juice (1 orange) 2 bananas

Grind nuts in a food processor and put into the bowl. Mix the dates and orange juice in the food processor and place in the bowl with nuts. Add salt and mix. Spread the dough with a thin layer on a flat plate. Slice bananas or other fruits by the thin slices and place on the dough. Cover with another layer of dough nut. Decorate the cake by thinly sliced pieces of orange or other fruit and nuts. COOK TIME: 8 min TOTAL TIME: 12-15 min NEED: blender MAKES: 8 servings /9
