When it comes to getting a mortgage loan these days, there are more options than ever. Deciding which lender is right for you can get confusing, especially with all the online options now available. Many of these online sites seem to promise rates and terms that seem too good to be true, and that can be very tempting to most buyers. PERSONAL SERVICE When you choose a local lender, the biggest advantage is the ability to meet face to face. Buying a home is often the biggest purchase of a person’s life, and the process can seem daunting. Having a local lender walk you through the steps, explain the process, and answer all your questions is priceless.
ACCOUNTABILITY Local lenders are more likely to do a good job and make your loan experience go as smoothly as possible because they have a reputation to protect.
