STEEL RIGID FRAME STRUCTURE The structure was developed from the hunch of the first space model. The allocation of structure columns are based on a grid of 6m by 6m originally. Considering size of different spaces, structure columns are reduced and flushed inwards to create cantilevers which enhances the spatial experience. There are some structural components that were extended and further modified to create interior elements at the ground entrance that enrich the concept of the Chinese museum.
