Windertower II
This scheme embodies a sense of unification that summons all buildings into a single concept. The museum sits in between flares that wrap around the observation tower and elevate to the top which ultimately merged into one skin. One the lower level, the skin flips and converges into the central plaza to enhance centralization. The center of plaza sinks down to the underground dinning plaza and hence merges into the gigantic retail level.
