FINALISED
LOGO The final logo has been designed to reflect all aspects of the Coastal Community Engagement Program. This means the logo not only incorporates the ideas of BeachCare, and CoastED, through the waves and sand dunes, but also the community values and engagement of the Coastal Community Engagement Program, which is shown in the enclosing cirlce of the final logo.
SUPPLEMENTARY
LOGOS In addition to the final logo, there are the two supplementary logos that have been created to show that CCEP organises and operates BeachCare and CoastEd. These logos use the icon created specifically for CCEP, and as such stay easily recognisable and associated with the Coastal Community Engagement Program. This also means that if future programs are created, logos needed for them will be able to be easily added.
PROJECT
IMAGES These illustrations are combined with digital imagery to create project images to be used on multipage documents, packaging, throughout the website and any other part of the project. The use of these images across several different mediums gives the CCEP project a recognisable look and a flowing feel. It also means that further photographs and illustrations can be designed and incorporated into the theme if more are wanted.
PROJECT
IMAGES There are three digital illustrations, combined with a matching set of photographs, to create a total of three landscape images. These illustrations and photographs (plus other photographs), can be used together as one image, or as six separate images.
MULTIPAGE
The Griffith Centre for Coastal Management aims to develop broad research and training agendas for coastal management. The centre works in partnership with the City of Gold Coast, who has funded the CoastEd program for the past 15 years.
DOCUMENT
In 2015 the centre had won the Australian Coastal Award in two major categories of community engagement and research. CoastEd, being part of the coastal community engagement program at the centre, was acknowledged for the programs that increase awareness amongst children, adults and community groups and the actions needed to protect the coastline of the Gold Coast.
The multipage document created

PACKAGING
DESIGN The packaging used for the Coastal Community Engagement Program consists of a document holder, as well as Letter size envelopes. The document holder is multipurpose, it can be used for CoastEd documents and info, to give staff and students, as well as used for the corporate side. The envelopes incorporate the illustrations and photographs designed to fit with the branding of CCEP, so that there is once again a universal project feel.
